My first choice when my car isn't feeling well. They've helped me troubleshoot and most importantly told me when I DIDN'T need something. Over the many years I've been a customer, I've appreciated their square dealing.

Came in with several issues with my pickup and Darren was able to help me sort everything out. He spend about 45 minutes to an hour with me trying to fix the issue, and through all his troubleshooting, we fixed the problem! 10/10, Darren is the man!

John “Cornbread” was sooo sweet and kind. He assisted us with everything we needed. He was just great. Nicest accent

Was in the area for mother's Day. My lil sister and I decided we should fix my ac they had the part. Great customer service. Nice folks here.

Huge thanks to the young man who helped a very tired traveler with car issues get back on the road safely. It made a huge difference that he went the extra mile to make sure I bought the right oil and put enough in the car to make it home after a very long day of driving.

While on a road trip on a cold 3° morning I blew a spark plug on the interstate and was forced off the highway and find nearest auto parts store. They were only ones anywhere to have the correct spark plugs to my new model volvo and all 4 in stock. I changed them out in their parking lot and was back on the road. Thank You, saved me from what could have been a ruined vacation

I try to avoid if I can. I don't need a federal hearing or unnecessary questions and comments from staff about how i look when trying to buy a simple product. Information provided when asking for help is not reliable either. On two occasions I did my own research or went to another auto parts store.

Short little bald guy thinks he knows everything and acts like he is someone ? very poor decision letting him work up front need someone with more knowledge and people skills. For sure sticking with Autozone right down the road.

These guys stand out side and threaten to tow you is you park anywhere near the store. It’s a plaza, I’m sure they don’t own the parking spots.. comical.

This is by far my favorite auto parts store in the area. The staff are always helpful and polite. The parts selection is solid. They also offer a bunch of free services too like battery testing, alternator testing, code readers, and install most items purchased there.

Told me if I want a battery for my car under $200 I can find the same one at walmart... so I did thanks for the tip.

I placed an order for 30-minute pickup. More than two hours later, I went to pick it up. When I got there, the guy went towards the back corner of the store, so I thought that they kept the online orders there. But, no; he was going to the store shelves to pull the items, even asking if I knew what brand I ordered. Then, he disappeared for quite awhile and came back with one of the two remaining items. Then, he went away and came back again and said they didn't have the other item. Why was my order not ready? Why did the online order system not tell me something was unavailable? The guys in the store didn't seem the least bothered nor apologetic that my order wasn't ready and was not able to be fulfilled. Not happy!

Very rude manager last two visits will go out of the way to avoid this store last two experiences wrong parts and was told once to move to the side while another associate was helping to find the right part to help someone else 4-5 other registers available this after he comes flying in from somewhere in the act as if he was moving things along the last visit he says well I didn’t order the wrong part! I just bit my tounge?

The customer service there is amazing. The gentleman that helped me name was Jon. He was so polite and helpful. Seriously he went above and beyond.

alex and jon were truly delightful and helped me pick out all the good car parts truly both men deserve a raise and deserve to be honored. god bless alex and jon,lovely people honestly will come back again!!!!

I went in and was welcomed by the staff, I was trying to find some touch up paint and some new wipers. With no wait at all I was out within 5-10 minutes with no issues. Quick and wonderful service

Came in for some wipers and didn’t know which ones to get but, I think is name was Alex and he showed me which one were the best ones for my car and he even put them on.

I came into this store for assistance with my car battery. The store assiocate did not welcome me in....continued to work on the task at hand before he acknowledged me. I understand you were working on something but your customers come first; NOT your task! This is a small town with limited customers walking through your doors. To be from out town and not get the same service as I do at my local Advance is so sad especially when I live in a very populated town. The employee took his time and I left. I will get my car battery replace at another part store because of this. The worst customer service ever!

I just spent the last 25 minutes literally calling them and being put on hold 2 10 minute holds and 1 5 minute hold .. the guy with the girly voice just keeps picking up and say please hold and have a nice day ... this is crazy they would do this.. I guess I'm taken my money else where.. it's their loss not mine .. I'm still getting the 6 parts I need

Same prices as any Advance, but honestly, I will go out of my way to avoid this Advance Auto in the future. Went in to pick up a part and a couple other things and was never asked if I needed help until I reached the register, despite there being at least 3 or 4 employees lurking behind the counter. I asked the employee at the register if he could look up a routing diagram for a serpentine belt I was replacing and his answer was simply, "no," despite the fact that Erica at the Naves Cross Rd. location pulled it up in under a minute for me later that day. Was not impressed by the employees or their knowledge of anything I asked. They seem to want to do the bare minimum to keep their jobs - just running the register and answering phones. Won't be back to this location.

Asked the gentleman to borrow their scan tool and he said he be able to come outside and help me with it glad he did cause the scan tool didn't have what was wrong only the code walked back inside looked up on computer and was able to tell what was wrong.Have always had good luck with this Advance Auto

Great place for any new car parts you will need and the costumer service is great too they even let you barrow tools for something simple you can fix in the parking lot....and the staff will even help you if they aren't busy

Best place for auto parts and easy shopping with the app great stuff parts always on time if ordered and they hold them if u get in bind helps me greatly should help u as well. Friendly service.

Bought windshield wipers, on sale for 10 bucks off since l bought two, employee installed them at no cost. Trouble free visit!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I came in to purchase $70 in parts. The man waiting on me said he was going to get the parts and was gone a while. Then another man comes in with hats and the one waiting on me never did bring the parts out but started test fitting the hats. The manager stood by and seen the whole thing. There was not one other buying customer in the building. So I walked out without the parts. I went to frostburg auto parts and had my parts in no time and for less than half the price advance was asking.

Polite staff, decent selection. I always order on their website for in-store pickup - there's a coupon almost every month for 10-20% off your order.
