We were on vacation (from Florida)and our car died . I went knowing it was likely a battery issue . (But was afraid it could be something worse)The staff diagnosed the issue . They replaced the battery and got us back on the road ! They litterally saved our vacation!

I usually prefer to use Advanced Auto parts over the other parts dealers but from now on I’ll do everything I can to avoid this location.. the manager I believe her name is Amy is very hard to deal with and seems annoyed at your mere presence. She has been difficult with both me last week and my wife this week. Last week when she was seemingly annoyed at me the next customer (for whatever reason) she treated completely different. I’ll use AutoZone from now on or go to another Advanced location.

Everything fell into place today once I called Advance Auto today and spoke to Amy. I misplaced my lug nut splein for my Kia Soul. And yes I'm delighted they had the part so I could get my brakes done today. But I'm also very happy with her kindness and helpful attitude. Thank you Sanford store for helping me stay safe on the road.

I didn’t catch the mans name who helped me, he was wearing a black beanie and glasses. He went way beyond out of his way to help me with my license plate issues. It took quite a while but he was determined to get it done for me. He found the perfect solution and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I appreciate you!!

Amazing customer service. After dealing with the store in Biddeford yesterday and having the worst service possible this store was great. Helped me with my battery problem and even taught me something.

This is my new go to since moving from NH. Amy & Captain Kirk, (name recall) always help me with everything I need. Amy & Kirk suggested specific products for car care needs & knew what I wanted. Amy is the manager & I returned a vacuum due to it not meeting my needs. No problems!! They are AWESOME!!

Went in, described what i needed - a cabin air filter - and they provided me with three options they had on hand. I'm always very pleased with the convenience of these stores and the knowledgeable staff. Big shout-out to the manager for being helpful and friendly

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They installed a bad battery in my car, and then refused to comp the cost (and two days worth of trouble). When I reached out to the manager, she promised to help…two months and several emails without responses later, I am still out hundreds of dollars from going to this store. Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever had. AVOID.

Needed a headlight bulb and i was kind of a pain trying to get the right one cuz I'm an idiot. The guy was so nice and ended up helping me with it! Thanks so much, I really needed to get that fixed right there and then!

I have tried several times to shop at this location and this location has failed to help due to the store closing without notice and not updating hours on the website or google. This visit I have done an online purchase and completed the transaction to show up at the door locked and a paper sign in marker that they are closed while the website and google has them open. Now I can not pick up my purchase till the next day they are open.

Always have what I need. Sometimes the prices are just to high. 100 bucks for 1 original replacement headlight bulb for 2012 Buick Enclave. Some things are best bought online if you can wait. If not, they most likely have it. The other chain stores rarely have what I need and have to order it from a warehouse or another shop.

I like going here. The manager and the employees do a great job going the extra mile for me, if necessary. Over time, the people who work have become my friends. It's hard to beat that.

I trust Advance Auto Parts I've been taking care of my cars with them for over 10 years. I'm satisfied with the customer service, friendliness and knowledge about the parts so they suggest you to get the right one regardless of the price, because I have experienced in another places they try to sell the most expensive ones on their on behalf not the customer one and that doesn't happen at Advance Auto Parts.

Special and if you know what you going in there to get it's good to go and get it when you walk in the door you get no greeting you get no customer service until you get up to the counter that you just pay for what you got no questions and every have to ask or receipt and you leave no personality to the place at all

The store came into the store no one greeted me I walked up and down the aisles looking and looking I was in the store at least I'm going to say 7 minutes before I found what I needed and walked to the counter and then to be greeted by two guys who are on both on the phones and then one took care of me after he got off the phone but he never greeted me and didn't say thank you I got my purchase and went out I hope who never goes into advance Auto knows what they're looking for can go right and get it or not need help and I hardly ever see women go in there so maybe men that need too much help they'll find what they need and pay for it the price for what I got was pretty good so go ahead and go there see what your experience is

Went there on a Sunday morning because my battery died. Had to have a place that could install right away because if I shut the car off it would not start again. Within 15 minutes I drive off with a new battery nicely installed.
