Great parts and supply store, if you order online or if they have to order it make sure you call when its supposed to come in, they won't call you to let you know it's there.
Here at Kenney Automotive we rely on the Sanford Napa store to provide us quality products and customer service. With that They never disappoint. From the men at the counter, the dispatching department and the drivers they never fail to always accommodate even my most inconvenient requests. They always make sure that our customers are well taken care of in a timely manner. Behind the counter knowledge is in beatable. Old school employees will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Great communication, and over all nice people.
Always had a good experience here. Parts are decent priced. And mostly available. I would like to see the staff greet you more or maybe smile. One time. Very knowledgeable but not to friendly. Honest review overall. I gotta give it a 8 out if 10
First customer to the counter and the staff didn't want to help me. I brought in a hydraulic line that needed to be replaced. They said maybe by the afternoon. I was unable to work all day as they could have just made the line up. There was not a bunch of customers there.
Nice people. Good parts selection and prices. Wouldn't hurt employees to be a little friendlier or smile once in a while. Seems more like they are hanging out in their buddies garage and you are interrupting them. I stood there for minutes and seen employees out back talking and goofing around and the manager had to ask someone to help me. If you can get past that its a great place to buy your parts.
Helpful, knowledgeable staff. I went to get brake pads and rotors for my 2012 Chrysler Town and Country, they had the parts in stock, actually with two options. I came back later to buy calipers when we realized that they were no good, and they had them also. 10% military discount. Did the whole job for approximately $300.
