These guys were great! After a failed attempt to use Good Sam contracter to resolve my battery issue. I called AAA and they called Chandler Automotive. I talked with Kyle, told him the situation (1000 miles from home, battery dead, stuck in the middle of a side road and POURING rain). He had someone out within 30 minutes and brought a battery.(Part of AAA program). His service tech was fantastic, tested the battery, found fault and we had to replace it. Nicest guy, it was pouring rain, he was very careful and took his time to make sure everything was working and I was on my way. I wish they could replicate this service across the industry.

Checked and determined less work was needed than we thought. Did need a part for this 95 Impala SS that would require a lot of searching. They found it in a couple of days for a reasonable price. Excellent job and service.
I absolutely LOVE this place, from the ladies taking the tow call and the men downstairs looking at my car!!!!! They are who I am SO calling if I ever need a tow or work done
These guys kick ass. I called in after a rough night that ended in a flat on my motorcycle and Matt came out and got me home like I was one of thier own. Even though my bike isnt nice he treated it like 30,000 dollar bike. Any time im in southern maine ill be calling these guys before I even put in the aaa request
These guys are incredible! As a lady who loves the small town feel, where everybody knows your name, these guys knock it out of the park! They provide excellent service and are fairly priced. Can ask for a more reliable shop to take care of your car! 10/10 would recommend.
Great! They took us right in and the inspection was done, great communications from these folks! I will be using them for future work! ... This was my second time here for an inspection, (on a different vehicle), they took me right in quickly, If and when I need additional work these are the people I will go to! I highly recommend going here, excellent customer service, the communications(reminders) are very helpful! Another awesome experience here!

Just got my wife's car back from Chandlers, they took it right in, new brakes, and we are back in business! From the guys on the front desk, to the guys out back making it happen, these guys are pros! Customer service is alive and well here...If you got a vehicle issue and or a commercial truck issue, this is the place to go!

Brought my vehicle here to repair the AC system that a dealership failed to repair correctly. Everyone was very professional, clearly explained the problems that found and provided cost conscious solutions to them. Overall outstanding service and I will be going back.
They offer full auto service repair, Auto towing they do not offer body work, heavy equipment towing and repair, gas bottle exchange and friendly service, if you're looking for a place I recommend them highly
Absolutely incredible and a standard for professionalism. I was recently scammed by another mechanic down South for a different job. This was a night and day difference. These guys followed the exact diagnostic code to figure out the problem before tearing anything apart. I was well-informed from start to finish. And if I can I will absolutely be using them anytime I need something. I purchased this vehicle and needed to know what I was into. Everyone here is very experienced knowledgeable friendly and is not here to rip you off. All they want is to provide the best service. Absolutely incredible.
These guys saved my ass when I got a flat. The tow truck got to me within 20 minutes of calling AAA. The driver Matt was very kind and helpful. 11/10 experience
Today was my first day going to Chandler’s. And it was a superb experience. My request were fulfilled, and my waiting appointment went smoothly. The service writers on the front end, definitely deserve a raise and much more as they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I will definitely be back in the future to service the rest of my vehicles.
I took my 2022 KIA to Chandler’s for service(oil change and tire rotation)
As always they were friendly and professional.
I waited for my car in their comfortable waiting room with amenities (coffee,tv and a rest room)
They were fast like usual and reasonably priced.
I recommend them to everyone that needs services performed and even to my family!

Might want to tell whoever you have driving a van with plate: 4C-9064 to not try running someone off the road, he almost side swiped my vehicle getting onto the interstate today! He was behind me merging on also!
Sisters car was acting up called aaa and he towed us from Maine to Massachusetts he was very personable professional and he got us home safe i hope he had a safe ride back to Maine with not alot of traffic.
Truck started to shit the bed all of the sudden asked if they could look into it and they got it done in 2hrs after I brought it in I will only be using there services from now on and they are 100% worth it. Just by sending amazing photos with great detail to how friendly and down to earth they all were and even just explaining to me about what they did and answered every question I had.
This is the most professional repair company I have ever seen in 30 years of driving. From their towing drivers to mechanics and management staff they treat their clients with appreciation and respect. Fair prices and knowledgeable no matter what the vehicle issue. Best shop by a long shot and trustworthy!

Called on Monday dropped it off Tuesday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon with the brakes fixed and vehicle inspected. Can’t ask for anything better. They stayed in touch the whole time. Great shop great people
The team at Chandler's handled the worst repair I've ever had to get done with efficiency and at lower cost than the dealer. They got the truck in and out before any other shops in the area even had availability. They worked with me to replace oem parts with more reliable aftermarket parts also. The tow service was prompt and very easy; the driver communicated very well. I'd go back in a heart beat, small repair or large.
Seriously one of the best, if not the best shop I've ever gone to. Been a customer for a few years, pricing is always great, and I never feel like they are just trying to make a buck on you. Whatever you need done is exactly what they do! As some who does a lot of of their own car work, Chandlers has great techs who always take the time to do the job right. Went in today for the first time in a while to have some tires mounted. For anyone else who has bead lock rims and doesn't have the time to spend to do it yourself Chandler's did a great job and honestly it's making me rethink ever spending all day to swap bead locks at home again.
I take my car here for everything. I drive on average 5000 miles a month all over southern Maine and New Hampshire. My car runs great and I have even had people comment on how smooth the ride is. The customer service is honest and straightforward. Exactly what I want out of mechanics
So over the weekend rushing around to get shopping and then laundry done, I ended up locking my fob in the car. On a Sunday no less but I called Chandler's, some one picked up the phone immediately and in less than a half an hour Ryan showed up in one of the tow trucks. Greeted me with a smile went straight to work and had it unlocked in no time. Very professional but personable as well, we talked a bit. And as an added bonus, the price for an unlock, on a Sunday don't forget, was actually about $10 less than I thought it would be. So I would recommend them to anyone who needs the assistance.
