Called late in the day to get an inspection sticker. They got me an appointment first thing the following day in and out in a half hour!! Friendly staff great service !!

Been coming to Jay's for 10 years now. Throughout the ups & downs of the insane economy this past decade, everyone @ Jay's have been nothing short of accomodating & friendly, thoroughly professional in service, and completely transparent & informative with all of the vehicles I've brought into them, year to year. They've also gone above & beyond when I've been in a pinch. Couldn't ask for better owners & crew. Cheers to everyone @ Jay's.

Jay and Brandon are really nice people. They are honest and hard-working. The only downside is that they take forever to work on your vehicle even when you have an appointment. Now, I hope this isn't a common occurrence. Maybe they are just short staffed right now. When's they are properly staffed, I'm sure the timing issue would be fixed and should be a five-star mechanic rating.

Extremely kind, thoughtful, competent, and fair. They helped me get my car back running in time for a trip and were extremely communicative at every step. Really grateful!

Had them work on my brakes . Needed to bring back 4 times. For same thing. Because they lost $ with their warranty on service and brakes. They made up work that didn't need to be done.

Jay's auto in Limerick gives you the honest and fair approach. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Never had a problem they couldn't solve.

Jay's Auto was recommended to me by a friend after several terrible experiences elsewhere. Both Jay and Brian have been absolutely wonderful checking out my cars, explaining things in a way I can understand, and getting everything fixed in a timely manner. Their knowledge and expertise is beyond any other shop I have gone to. And their pricing is more than reasonable and fair. I have been back at least 4 times since I went to them to troubleshoot my first issue. I will not be going anywhere else! I highly recommend Jay's Auto!

Brian @ Jay’s Auto truly saved our truck on the way to our annual camping trip with our big group! On the drive up, we stopped for a school bus and saw that our left front wheel well was smoking- immediately look up the closest garage, and found Jay’s. Thankfully, this was just prior to them opening so we headed straight over- they were able to take us in and saved the day and our camping trip. We truly look forward to this trip every year so when we hit a snag on the way up, it was a miracle and AMAZING luck that we decided to go to Jay’s Auto. We also had a brake light out that we didn’t even realize needed to be changed until we brought it to Jay’s so thank you also!! They are family owned and operated too which is even better, support small businesses!

Jay was absolutely wonderful! The control arm on my Ford focus had broken completely because I had been sold basically a car that basically had more damage and repairs needed then the car was worth! But I brought in the control arm that I had purchased, he put it in for me and then gave me a list about a mile long of what I would need to even just make the car safe to drive and told me that he couldn't even take my money for doing the control arm for me because of how much I was going through and how much more work that car was going to need and that he just couldn't take money for it because it just wouldn't be right he's in very honest guy and I will always go to him from now on this is a man you want to go to if you want someone who is going to be honest, reliable, and safety conscious above all else!

These guys are the BEST! You’ll always get an honest answer, and it’s always with a smile. Even if they’re extremely busy, they do their best to fit you in. I won’t go anywhere else again! Plus, it’s a locally owned family business.

Took my vehicle in on short notice and did a fantastic job for a very fair price. Very responsive and honest with any questions I had, and any issues with the vehicle. Definitely have a lifetime customer.

Jay's Auto is the only place I will ever take my cars!! Jay and his son Brian are absolutely amazing! Some of the nicest people I have ever met! They always find time to fix my car right away when its something serious, and they never over charge me! Jay used to fix my grandfather's cars, so it feels like family everytime I take my car in! I only have one vehicle and no one to come pick me up when my car gets worked on, so they always make sure to get my car in right away and work on it fast! I have never had to be there more than a few hours! If you need somewhere reliable and trust worthy to take your car, there is no one better than Jay and Brian!!

I am from out of town and they dropped what they were doing to help fix my car and get me home, despite horrible weather. They worked on the weekend and gave me an honest assessment at a fair price. I might just drive the 3 hours to get my next oil change there! Awesome place!

Brian is awesome. I love my subie and she has a JDM motor so I don't trust just anyone with her.. he took care of my girl and gave me some good advise for the body work and even squeezed me in before I had to go to work. He is the man and very knowledgeable too. Brian went above and beyond and I appreciate him.

Jay has been my mechanic for years. I usually run cars that are 10 years old. Jay and brian have a great deal of knowledge. I would highly recommend them.

Big shop capabilities and know how with the small shop level of care. I drive from Portland to have this father son duo work on my cars. Highly recommend.
