I use to go here all the time. I was a pain in the butt because I had a newer truck and would worry about these small things. Every time the owner or a worker would go out of their way to help. These people are awesome. If there was one around where I live now I would be happier. Lots of greedy people. These people not even close.
TRIED to pick up my car after an inspection. I stood in the office for about 10 minutes while all the workers looked at me, I said “I’m here to pick up my car” and an employee just looked at me and walked away and went back to smoking his cigarette. I guess I’ll be picking up my car a different day.
I have been coming to this garage now for a year and I’m not going anywhere else. Dan and Mike that are the two mechanics there, very respectful and communicate well, they know what they’re doing, and always help the customers when they show up. This garage is one of the best garages around in this area and I won’t be going anywhere else!. They do phenomenal work!. Ask for Dan.
Buyer beware they sell junk/ lemon, they don't fix like they say. If you go here definitely ask for old parts and definitely ask to see what they did, if you don't more then likely it was not done or done correctl. they love using plastic zip ties for most everythin. your safety is NO priority a matter of a fact your safety is of no concern to them at all. They act nice, they act like the are helping you, like most scammers, all of it is fake while the burn you right in front of your face. Then blame you, no accountable here. Just be careful if you go here. Or save your money and possible a dangerous situation. I know mike is losing his inspection license and maybe more. Also I know he is being brought to court. Again be careful or steer clear. good day everyon.
I absolutely LOVE Pinetree! My whole family brings their cars to Mikey, he does an amazing job! Always quick to respond and helpful in every aspect. Even on busy days I needed a wiper replaced I was told to come right down and it took 2 seconds! Thank you Dan! Amazing workers, friendly environment, amazing service!! Wouldn’t let anyone else touch my car!! Professional, great prices, overall highly recommend this garage!!
I found them by a happy accident years ago and have been going there since. They are always so kind to me and do a wonderful job and their prices are the most reasonable and fair that I have found. I recommend them to anyone looking for a garage and would never take my car anywhere else!
I needed a tire mounted on the holiday weekend. I called them and they said come right over. Service was amazing and quick. I was in and out in 20mins. The price was super good too.
I found this place to be highly unprofessional. I scheduled an inspection almost a week in advance. I was scheduled for open which is listed as 8:00AM, although they told me it might be 8:15 before they would be ready. I showed up right at 8:00 and no-one was there. I proceeded to wait for 40 minutes after they were suppose to open before I gave up and left. Not only did they fail to show for a scheduled appointment, but they failed to show up 40 minutes after they state they open.
