Brought my car here after a nightmare situation from ANOTHER shop. I was pretty frustrated and desperate.
Spoke with them. They heard me out and got my car in within 72 business hours. Had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 48 hours for a reasonable and transparent price. Communication from Jaden at the front desk was excellent the entire time.
Just a rock solid shop all around. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car here again and will definitely recommend them to others.
5 stars highly recommend! Theyve done abunch of work on my truck and they always go above and beyond. I can't thank them enough! If you need work done on your vehicle look no further. Highly recommend and will be coming back for other work later on.
Just had my second experience at Bulldog and I'm beyond happy. In both cases, our vehicles were finished days ahead of our expectation, and for considerably less than we were quoted at other shops. They treated us with respect, explaining every detail, making sure we understood exactly what was happening. Ths is my first 5 star review, they earned it! Its such a relief to have a trustworthy mechanic for our trucks, thank you Bulldog!
Reasonable and honest people, Andy, Pat, and everyone at Bulldog take care of our needs. With 2 older cars and young kids, it's important to us to keep our vehicles in good working condition. Bulldog always delivers, and stands by their work, which is why we drive 2 towns over to have our cars serviced by the BD crew.
Let me know what could be wrong and what it would take to fix it. But didn't perform the fluid and filter swap I had asked for. May have been because my truck is crap though 😕
5 stars. I have dealt with many mechanics in my day. Without a doubt, Bulldog Auto has had the best communication, pricing, and overall service experience. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.
I’ve had a knock in my front end for two years and this was the only shop that could find the root of the problem. It took a while to get it in and diagnosed and then repaired. They are busy.
While they treated me fair in the past, they refused to even consider an issue that arose with my car. Perhaps it was above their technical capability? Maybe try a different shop first who can handle all manner of issues rather than the selective and exclusive crew at Bulldog Auto. Good luck.
It was really easy to get in and get a quote for some new brakes and it was extremely reasonable! The staff was wonderful and helpful. Also offered to do my inspection which I completely spaced on! I will only recommend this place to all my friends!! Keep up the hard work (:
Andy and the guys are great! They work on all our vehicles including extended family’s. They’re knowledgeable, helpful and the customer service is excellent.
When I first heard of Bull Dog auto I needed help with my car it was not staying running and would die randomly. One of the owners themselves had my car picked up and brought to the shop to see if he could find out what was wrong. They ran diagnostics, looked it over, and made sure that they could tell me everything that it needed. There was no hesitation and I was beyond floored that kindness of such enormous measures would actually be in existence, however my car was looked over and evaluated to find that there was a lot of work that was needed that would have probably cost me more than the car was worth, and I did not expect the results that I received. I was not pushed to repair, nor pressured into anything. I was given options and even showed a car that I might be interested in buying to replace the one that I was in. These guys are honest, direct, and work with respect and integrity. I cannot say enough about the staff and owners that offer you service that you can feel comfortable with and not fear being rooked and taken advantage of. Bulldog Auto is my go to for anything car related and anyone that I know and see that is having auto issues I always refer them to Bulldog because their work and customer service is as I would expect as a consumer. 5 stars to Bulldog Auto keep up the great work you guys are amazing!!
My 2016 Volvo XC70 spontaneously combusted at 127,000 miles the timing belt snapped sucked into motor seized engine I’m original owner serviced regularly at all recommended intervals purchased extended warranty which expired at 100,000 miles so not covered by warranty or insurance after 3 months search for peeps to install used 2.5 engine with 50,000 miles and warranty I found online Bull Dog pulled through installing in two days and service with a smile they are now my go to for all seven vehicles I own highly recommend
I literally cannot recommend these guys enough. Patrick and Andy have always been super professional and are willing to teach you, truly teach with no condescension, about what's wrong with your car, how stuff works, why things need to be done xyz way. They're very female friendly, friends have found a lot of success working with this garage ad well.
I found this garage on a whim and the ability to weld their own metal saved me hundreds on a tiny hole that other garages said required full replacement of a very expensive piece. These guys are as great as mechanics get and are well worth the drive (or tow) to Buxton.
I am a female that had an engine light come on a few weeks ago. I went to VIP to have them put their computer diagnostic on and it said I had camshaft problems. Scared to death because I need my car desperately to keep a roof over my families head and saving every penny, I went to the closest mechanic I could. They charged me over $60 just to tell me they could get me in 2 weeks from then, topped off my oil and sent me on my way. I knew Andy from a previous place I worked and decided to see them. I will never ever ever go to another mechanic, my girls will take their vehicles here and I will recommend Bulldog Auto until I have no voice. They explained everything and went above and beyond to fix my car problems to work not only within my budget but let me know of anything to keep an eye out for for future issues so I am prepared and not stranded. They were so quick and honestly just all around awesome. I could say more but you get the idea. I trust them 1 million percent and this helped my anxiety dealing with auto shops. Thank you thank you thank you so much!
I have been taking my cars to Bulldog Auto since 2017. They have great customer service. They have always worked with me to find time for repairs that fit with my work schedule. I also love that they take the time to show and explain what things need to be repaired on my vehicle!
Wouldn't take anything to this shop. They are very rude to customers and completely disrespected my autistic son by insulting him about his older truck.
I love going to bulldog very professional but laid-back reliable shop they always make sure the customers happy and their knowledge goes beyond. I will tell anyone to bring there vehicles to them.
