On vacation in Maine with 2 vehicles from Connecticut. My Lincoln Navigator was driven by son and daughter. Vehicle has 225,000 miles and runs great but developed a bad grind on hard left turn. Roberto got me right in the day it happened and the last day before we needed to vacate the rental. I assumed it must be a wheel bearing as they are original. I suggested if he had time to do both front wheel bearings after assessment. He and I estimated the cost and I agreed. Turned out excellent for us. Roberto determined that my vehicle was put into 4 wheel drive and that was the cause of the rough grinding left turn on dry pavement. Put it back into 2 wheel and drives perfectly again. He could have really ripped me off if he wasn't so honest. I would have never known he didn't replace bearings so for that I am writing the excellent service review for efficiency and honesty.
Had brakes replaced. The e-brake didn’t work properly after that, and I ended up having to replace the right rear caliper at another shop in order to pass inspection.
Purchased a vehicle with 153,600 miles had a known misfire..replaced parts as suggested and was told an extended warranty was added...blown engine at 156,800 miles...
THE WORST! Unless you like getting ripped off when you buy a car there or get it serviced afterwords& your going to need whatever it serviced& likely lot!! Owner tries adding on all inflated bogus fees at closing. Had my truck there& it sat for about a month before I finally took it to a real reputable garage. Had another car there that had parts go missing off it but conveniently his cameras weren't working. LIES LIES LIES is all you'll get and he'll be getting reported to the state attorney generals office!
Top Notch repair service at reasonable prices the only goes out of the way to make sure your repaired is for soon as possible vehicle prices are very reasonable he stands behind what he sells
Looking for used vehicle or just need a tuneup brake job or vehicle inspected here's a close garage to hancock county call for prices but what I have seen not bad looking vehicles
DO NOT EVER GO HERE TO BUY A CAR. ROBERTO WILL RIP YOU OFF AND PUT YOU IN A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT EVEN ROAD WORTHY. I GOT AN INSPECTED CAR, THAT HAD RUSTED OUT GAS/BRAKE LINES, NO THERMOSTAT, NEARLY BALD TIRES (SUPPOSEDLY WHICH HE CHANGED). AND A LOT OF OTHER ISSUES. PRETTY MUCH THE CAR NEEDED A WHOLE NEW ENGINE...HE IS A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I HAVE FOUR CHILDREN AND HE ASSURED ME THAT MY VEHICLE WOULD BE SAFE TO HAVE THEM IN. I HAD EVEN HAD HIM KEEP THE CAR 3 EXTRA DAYS BEFORE I PICKED IT UP TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO THE CAR WAS DONE, WHICH WHEN I PICKED IT UP HE HAD TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS DONE......TODAY I ALMOST GOT SLAMMED BY A TRACTOR TRAILER TRUCK BECAUSE MY CAR DIED IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC. LUCKILY MY CHILDREN WERE NOT WITH ME...
