Had an Issue with my door not closing on the truck. These guys fixed it for me in 10 minutes flat!!! They are good people. If you go anywhere else than Towns, you have made a questionable decision.
I backed into car into a rock and dented the lower bumper on my vehicle. Charlie fixed it in about 10 minutes, he was gracious and very accommodating. Would use Townsend auto without hesitation again.
I love towns auto! They know what the problem is when I describe it and they fix right. Jim has never ripped us off by charging outrageous prices on parts or labor "claimed" to be worked on. He is honest and reasonable. I will never go anywhere else again!
I broke down en route to visit my mom in Calais last week and all the shops in the area were booked solid. The guys at Towns were booked, too, but they managed to work my car in. They communicated with me throughout the process and got me in and out without sending me into bankruptcy. I’m thankful for these guys and will happily recommend them to anyone in the area who needs some honest work done on their vehicle.
Charlie and his crew at Town Auto Body service have always provided me with the best customer service I have ever had in this field of work they do and the work they provide is absolutely gorgeous every time they do a terrific job I'm completely satisfied with towns auto body and I will return if needed.
Excellent service done local. Finding a body/mechanic shop you can trust is a challenge. The only local place I would go to have body work or mechanical work done on my vehicle. Charlie and his crew do it right the first time and genuinely care about the customer and their vehicle.
