Thank you O'Reilly auto parts. You not only gave me the wrong part once but TWICE in the same day. Now I'm waiting on you to open Sunday so I can try ONE MORE TIME! On second thought maybe I'll give Advance a chance to screw me next.

Very helpful, & my 1st time going..

The first time I went into that store was a few months ago. When I got inside, there were no customers in sight. Just a man behind the counter. I said to him, "I've never been in this store and I thought I'd wander around to see what you have". He grumpily said, "We don't encourage that". So I left. I've not returned nor shall I ever. There are other places that sell the type of products his store has in it. Don't wish to go where I'm not wanted.

Wonderful experience, great workers and just amazing environment. They were able to work with our budget and still fix the things we needed done. Definitely suggest going in if you need a car repair

Parts department is decent. I'm not sure about the shop side, I've been in there three times and have been unable to have my vehicle serviced because the guy running the counter is too busy hanging around outside smoking. He's rude and obviously doesn't care about the responsibilities associated with his job. It's a shame. A lot of us work over 100hrs a week around here in the logging industry, yet O'Reilly employees cant come up with the energy to stand at a counter for 8hrs.. its almost laughable. I doubt they'll see this post though, they'll be to busy taking another break..

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable

This is my number one local place for parts and service. They're always very helpful and almost always have the part you need at competitive prices! An not to mention their loaner tool program that is a lifesaver if you perform your own work.

Almost always have what we need or can get it very quickly. Been there too many times the past month but every part seems to be good quality and the warrantee on items cant be beat.
