Nick was busy at the tire machine but he took the time to answer some questions I had about a 2010 Caddy DTS. Very helpful, busy, but I can see why. He not too busy to help someone out.

They are priced well and do a good job. The business has grown since I first gone here. They seem fair and accurate on fixing things. Never regretted going there and never had a reason to complain about the work done. They seem like a family business. They have great relationship with the parts stores around you can see them carrying on conversations when items are dropped off by part stores.
Awesome guys to work with! Very knowledgeable and all the latest tools to get any job done right the first time. Nick even has his own welcoming committee to greet you when you arrive! I'll definitely be back!
Nick is great. I moved away and I still make the treck back to NB Auto for most things because I trust him. He gives a fair assessment and a fair price. Best mechanic in the area IMO
Nick always fixes our vehicles and does a great job. He is honest and does not take advantage of customers who may not be as educated in auto mechanics.
