Today was the second time we have used Charlie & sons for towing. We were quoted $442 from another local company, Charlie’s came and did the job quickly for $180. They called right back and were here within 30 minutes. Professional, we will continue to use them.
I called to schedule a towing at 8am on a Monday. I was told by the lady on the phone the towing company would show up between 830 and 9am. I'm currently still waiting and it is 10:37pm. When customers tell you they have a time limit, it would be considerate to be punctual. Otherwise, don't take appointments if you can't follow through with being on time.
Very responsive, easy to get a hold of after hours. Called me back within minutes after a call to the answering service. Said they would arrive within 20 minutes and he did. Driver was very helpful and had my vehicle pulled out quickly and efficiently. Can’t speak highly enough of this company.
I bought my enclosed trailer here. The experience couldn’t have been better Charles and his staff are excellent. Ordered the perfect trailer with amazingly fast turn around time. Highly recommended.
I purchased a new snowmobile trailer from Charlie and Son and it was a very easy process and fair pricing. There was a small issue with a center cap missing on a wheel, and it was immediately taken care of with no drama.

We had to get towed out of a rough road in the forest. Due to our remote location, it was a while until they were able to get to us. But when Seth arrived he was professional, kind, and helpful. He never complained about how long the job was taking or how inconvenient it was for him. And he also gave us a very reasonable price for his services.
Miraculously we were able to get our vehicle out with very little damage.
Seth went above and beyond by giving us a referral to a local auto shop to get our vehicle looked at to ensure there was no damage. And then even texted us later to make sure we were doing ok.

My family and I were stuck in a ditch with the closest and cheapest tow options being 3 hrs+ and over $250. Charlie and son pulled through within 45 minutes and got us unstuck, no issues. 100% recommend
Tony was very nice we where 110 from home visiting family when our car broke down he was nice enough to give both my husband and I a ride in the truck the .7 mile to vip and made sure to put the car right where vip wanted it. Just got towed from them. So grateful and happy they were available. No one else in the area was answering their phones. Super easy to get them to go save my husband! Great price as well, very careful getting the car on and off. Overall made a very stressful situation a breeze. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!
Me and my father when to buy him a new snowmobile trailer. They were very helpful. Service was excellent. Trailers prices was $500 cheaper than dealer selling same trailers. Finance process was very easy and fast. Had a blown fuse on the truck it and the guy went out of his way to fix it. He put a new in an it work great. I will be recommend him to others people l know looking to buy a trailer.
