I tried to work on my atv myself and got into a predicament with many stripped screws so I gave up. Brought my quad torn apart and left it to the professionals! They were able to correct the problem and were happy they had all the parts, pricing was very fair for the repair. Would definitely return!
I waited over 6 months for my quad to be repaired. I found out that the money I was giving them was for a bidding war online for used quad/parts. They did in fact swap with old parts with older parts and had to come back twice after they said it was good to go. After that I used the machine for a couple weeks and it's been sitting since. 2600$ cash down the drain. I do not recommend going here to anyone, Unless ya wanna burn the place down.
Bike chop shop in Fallujah Iraq best sums this place up. Instead of Holmes cycle repair it should be named “circus of misfit mechanics”?? Seriously!!! Do yourself a favor and if you have a Harley that needs work take it to the Hermon Harley dealer/shop. Yes they are expensive but they hire professional and highly qualified technicians unlike Holmes. Hermon Harley will go over your bike for about $79 and give you an estimate for all repairs. Hermon Harley will also be straightforward with you, they won’t sugar coat things if your Harley needs more parts/labor then the bike is worth. And no they aren’t just trying to get u on a new bike. They even gave me a rough estimate of current bike value as well that was very valuable info in the end of my fiasco with Holmes’ misfits. I wish I woulda listened to them but I thought Holmes would be a good option for a cheaper fix. You get what you pay for. And with Holmes’ misfits ya might never see your bike again. Very unethical business practices. I never take giving negative reviews lightly but this place deserves a scathing one. Hopefully at least one person will read this and decide to take their business elsewhere , doing a kind deed and paying it forward to others still matters! You have been warned lol!!
Well seven weeks looming for a wiring problem and I,I should of had ormt back the second week. No answering machine. Never called me. Wow. I call, talk for a few, and I get distracted. Call back, don't answer.
Price for parts outrageous and you will get parts that do not work (claim to be tested) they are not. Regardless, they will not give you money back or working parts. So, if your looking to throw money away, this is the place.if I could give zero stars I would, they have no idea what they are doing. Seriously unprofessional and they know they are selling you junk and they do not give refunds so I say it again do not believe them when they say you can bring it back or we will make it right cuz they will not! They are just saying whatever to get your money and then tell you that your beat
Appsolute worse place to get work done!! Nobody knows what's going on went to go pick it up because they told me it was done it was not done they hadn't even touched it and when I went back after I'd had the final straw they had taken multiple parts leaving my wheeler in pieces no refund just a bunch of part THIS PLACE WILL BE THE DEATH OF YOUR ATV DONR BRING IT HERE
Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I sent my sled in for a stator they threw a cheap one in when I said put in a nice one and that I don’t care how much the part is. The machine didn’t run properly so I brought it back and it continued to sit there for two months with misleading feed back from the owner and his right hand man. I went there and they took parts off of my sled to use for another purpose and the owner had no idea what was going. I pulled my sled out of there with no refunds and a sled in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. The owner yelled at me to get out after coming in during the morning to check on my sled after months of it not being fixed. Do not bring anything here. You get what you pay for and in this case it’s sub par service.
Good place for used parts, could get lost in the graveyard of old sleds, wheelers, and motorcycles out back. I've found many tricky parts to find here. Great place to shop. Very helpful staff.
Friendly staff. Will go out of their way to look in their inventory, even in the snow, to get your part. If they don't have your part, they will give you ideas on how to repair your old part of possible. Will also give you names of other businesses on where to look. Very happy with this business.
