Not impressed with the car sales customer service at all. No follow through with communication as stated multiple times. No returned emails. No ambition in a sale. Not welcoming. I will not be recommending this business to anyone, it’s worth it to go to Bangor and test drive vehicles. You have a much bigger selection. The wrong vehicle got brought to the dealership, it was a miscommunication. I asked about the higher mile and they brought the lower mile of the two. It was fine but I definitely wanted to test drive both if that was the case. They were both a 2019 and the website shows both models having the same photos - so I’m thinking they’re the same. Get in - completely different. I mentioned it to the rep, he said he’d get it fixed, no issue. It wasn’t a huge deal I just wouldn’t have even test driven the other one if it didn’t have the features I wanted - My issue was the lazy sales feel. Even my husband came with me to drop the car back off and asked if he was the one I was working with and if he even wanted to sell me a car. I had asked if there was anything he could do on pricing for the first vehicle I tried out and from then on he pretty much ghosted our whole conversation. I’m thankful though, because I got a much better deal in Bangor and I won’t be trying to go back in the future -

It seems these days businesses are more interested in the sale versus making the customer feel appreciated through great customer service....every once in a while you meet a real professional that makes customer service their goal over the sale. Dale Piche is the epitome of customer service he not only treated me with the utmost respect knowing up front of the challenges related to my situation he also made me feel like my deal was his priority. I bought a 2015 jeep Cherokee from them three years ago and have had nothing but problems I brought it back to there shop to have it looked at they said nothing was wrong and they dont want to come clean with it even tho there are records showing I brought it back in shortly after the purchase. Horrible experience will not be going back there or buying another jeep again! I have had nothing but electrical problems since owning it. I brought the jeep back because when the tire sensor went out the car would shake then I got a phone call and the breaks and throttle wouldn't work. Got stuck couldn't move. Had to turn the car off and on again for it to move . Have had nothing but problem with this car. What if I had my kids in this and was going down 95 and had a phone call go threw the car what then? I hope you people sleep good at night selling cars that dont run properly then saying there is nothing wrong with it when we bring it back. When some one dies from what you sell it's on you.

Bought a car from them last fall, nothing but problems, first was the ac had totally froze up, they came good for that. Then the transmission needed work, quite costly. And now trouble with the stabilitrak. It seems they didn't check it over very well before selling. Most people trust dealerships, I feel we got a lemon.
