UNSAFE DRIVERS. Despite there being a day care in the industrial park they continue to drive like maniacs daily through it. You never know if it is going to be a burnout contest or a day at Nascar. Very selfish considering other businesses on this street have young children and dogs out daily. Or people that enjoy walking during good weather. After seeing them beat the crap out of these vehicles day in and day out I wouldn't bother getting anything here. Yikes. Do not say this isn't your people and just regular traffic. They pull from your driveway with YOUR technicians in YOUR vehicles go half mile down the road and go back into your lot. Video records don't lie. You can control the unsafe traffic on this road. However, you don't. Hopefully a report to law enforcement will help this.
They were just incredible from start to finish! Great customer service! A lot I felt perfectly safe leaving my car at. They had hundreds of cars in the lot but treated me like I was their only customer. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
Had my car repoed, fine, couldn't get to it sooner than 30 days, went to grab my belongings and was shown what was basically in my trunk, nothing else, not my games, not my sentimental car decorations, not all my belongings were there and I'm feeling like they let their staff just pick through stuff and take it. 😑 unimpressed and angry, that is stuff I'll never get back, so Thanks alot.
Great staff to deal with. I had a major promblem with my son and took the month to address this. I have some outstanding bids and the staff have been very goid about it. Now trying ti get back ti normal to get them paid off. Once again excellent company.
Won an ATV using proxibid during the most recent auction in Hermon, ME on Saturday, August 12th. I was told by a clerk that day that I was clear to pick up the machine with payment the following week. Get it in writing, folks. I was contacted the following Monday and told by a different person that the reserve was not met. It's ironic that it's a legally binding contract where you are legally obligated to pay for the items you bid on and witn unless they make the mistake, then its not, I guess. I will not use the service again. Its a joke.
Great people who i have been doing business with 4 20 plus years now and I never got a bad situation that wouldn't be addressed and taken care of period
