Always upfront service and respect to customers. A job that was needed to be done was w/in two work days. Expected for it to have been a week before all components would be available after inspection of work required.

Had a dead battery and needed the vehicle operational quickly. Ryan got the car in within a day, ran diagnostics and replaced the battery. As always, great customer service.
Frankie, Ryan and the whole crew at The Shop are amazing. I have taken vehicles to Frankie since he worked out of a little garage at his house. He has the same care for his customers now as he did then. Highly recommend.
The guys were great! I dropped the car off early and they managed to get it done before my original appointment time! Can't beat that. They even let me know of a potential issue for the future, but did not try to strong-arm me into doing it at this point. Speaks to their integrity!
Twice in one week I needed emergency tire repairs. Ryan and Christine both got me in on each occasion and Steve did the repair. They were professional, courteous, and provided quick service. While I was waiting Ryan and Steve directed me to a new set of tires I’m looking to buy before winter, gave me specs and facts, price ranges, etc. It was an all around great visit. Definitely service anyone would hope to have when they are in my situation.
VERY expensive oil change. They let my truck just sit there for 40 minutes before they even drove it into the shop. They also tried to charge me for topping up the washer fluid (which they did NOT do). I caught that. Very disappointed in this place.
Well, they may very well be a great place to get your car worked on, but as far as buying a car from them? Maybe not so much (if they even really sell cars.)
I made an offer on a car listed on FB, care of their behalf. All this time I thought the offer was accepted and it was not until I was making final arrangements to pick up the car (4 hours away by bus) did I realize that, no, as a matter of fact, that was NOT the price.
All well and good you did not want to sell it - your car after all. However, Frankie knows that a SIMPLE EMAIL - through ALL of the correspondence I had with him - HE COULD have stated as such.
No, was not till the last email I sent (I sent - not initiated by him) till I found out that was not the case. No consideration given that I had to travel to get to him. Did he think I was going to fork over the difference since I was already there?!?

This place is top notch, with excellent customer service! The mechanic took his time to speak to me directly and explained the needed repairs and why, at the same time ensuring the safety of my vehicle. I was very pleased with the service here and I will be a returning customer. 10/10 recommend!
A week ago this morning, I hit a deer in front of this business. I did 13 ,000.00 worth of damage to my new to me. The owners of this shop were so very nice and had such passion for myself and the deer that struck my car. I would like to Thank everyone involved in this episode,including the First Gentleman that stopped to make sure I was not hurt. The PSD that took the deer out of pain, these two shop owners who were so kind to me. God Bless all involved.

I was traveling through the area when I developed a problem with a wheel on my truck. Not knowing the area, or anyone, I stopped in and the guys were so helpful and had my problem solved in no time. I cannot stress enough how far above and beyond they went to help me. They could have easily just told me they couldn’t help, but they didn’t.
If I lived here I think this might just be my “go to” shop.
We are seasonal visitors in the Downeast area and used The Shop last year to prepare our vehicle to flat tow behind our RV so we of course trust them to take a look again this year with brake work and oil change. Ryan and the staff are very professional and friendly. Will continue to trust them in the future and recommend them to anyone.
They are hands down amazing! They were able to get my V Rod in earlier than expected, knowing how badly I wanted to be able to ride. They had my tire changed and everything done by noon time! I will never take my V-Rod anywhere else. As long as Ryan and The shop are in business, that's where I will go for anything I need done. Thank you guys for everything

After a not so good experience with my N-Frontier at a dealership I researched an alternative auto maintenance business. Couldn't have found a better place to have my truck serviced in the whole state of Maine. I now believe it is in "good hands".
Ryan and the crew at The Shop were great! We took our vehicle to get a once over to ok it to flat tow behind our RV. They pointed out what needed to be repaired for safety, scheduled and repaired in a timely manner. They found a couple other issues but walked us through it all! We also asked them to do a few extra routine services as well. I would highly recommend this shop for having professional and friendly service!

They were absolutely amazing! Very fast service and they were able to get the part we needed overnighted so we wouldn't stay stranded 5 hours from home in an ice storm! They even made sure we were all set and had a place to stay with our kids! They were the best garage we have ever had the pleasure of using and I recommend them to everyone! They also did great work on our car to make sure we would be safe enough to get home!
