Great Place-will tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear. Been here several times and have been pleased each time. Took my rusty old truck in for a leaking transmission, and they called me before doing anything to reveal that the frame is rusted beyond repair, and that the vehicle is not safe. Not the news I was hoping for, but glad they didn't fix the transmission on a truck that will be parted out. I even had to convince them to take money for the Diagnostic work they did. This is the experience you want when getting your vehicle repaired.
I called, within 15 minutes was there, and picked up my car with new tires an 1,5h later. During this time, they also carried out diagnostics of the suspension. These guys are professionals. They got the job done as quickly as possible and at a great price. I highly recommend

I am writing this review 3 weeks after I picked up my car from this repair shop. My 2010 Ford Escape had a rotten subframe. As you can see in the photo, the right wheel just fell off. Guys fixed my car in 2 days. They did a great job and welded a new subframe, changed the accompanying parts. Can you believe it? 2 times cheaper than what I was told at another shop in Bangor. Everything works great. I would like to thank the mechanic Max for communication. If you don't know a good mechanic, just contact him, he is the best mechanic I have ever met. Excellent auto repair shop. Now my generator belt broke and I came to them again
Tim and John were very knowledgeable when I brought my Traverse in, they were very happy to answer any questions I had and to squeeze me into their busy schedule. The garage is very clean and my husband and I both loved that we didn’t have to wait a month or even a week to get our car back like some other garages. Thanks again guys! Very friendly crew. They don't try to sell you anymore parts or service than what you need Honesty is hard to find but these guys have really impressed me with my Vehicle and then now with my husband's truck

My husband and I dropped our truck off here earlier this week, they had the truck for 3 hours before calling and telling my husband they wouldn't work on our truck because it's TOO OLD! ( it's a 2009!) And told him the truck needed a new motor and gave him a quote for 6000$... then charged us $100 to tell us he wouldn't work on the truck 🙄
We got the truck home and after looking online we decided to check /change the spark plugs, because one the the cylinder seemed to be misfiring and guess what... the truck now runs like it's new! So their slogan for working on ALL vehicles new or old is NOT TRUE!! We will never return here for any of our automotive needs
I needed an inspection sticker and my car was in need of some maintenance. I stopped in and secured an appointment within a few days. Dropped my car off on my way to work. All repairs were made that day and prices were very fair and reasonable. I will definitely be a return customer.
Broadway Automotive had our busy fleet vehicle for over a week and committed to having a list of work completed by today. No communication, no responses to our inquiries and ultimately, no work performed. We lost 10-days with our service truck sidelined for no reason and now still need to have the work performed. Update: owner tells me the business is not incorporated and instead, a “sole proprietorship” - useful information in the event of a dispute...
Can't even schedule an inspection now. Won't allow customers to wait for vehicle even outside. Manager actually came out and told me that he doesn't need my business.
I was hung up on because they refuse to tell me why I can not schedule and wait outside for my vehicle. This shop use to be excellent now it is loosing customers due to neglect and horrible business practice. One of the associates is a rude younger kid that doesn't know how to do his job. We live in the same town as this shop; however, because a taxi comes from Bangor into Glenburn to pick us up back into Bangor then back into Glenburn according to the taxi we pay extra. This causes our trips to be an additional 50 bucks on top of the oil changes and inspections.
So I recently had all 4 rotors and brakes done by Broadway automotive because they were cheaper than the dealership. A week later I smelled burning rubber on the rear passenger wheel. Called them up and discussed the issue, was recommended that the caliper was probably bad. Well, my car was still under warranty so I took it to the dealership and 3 out of 4 brakes were installed incorrectly. Called up Broadway automotive and discussed the issue (civil conversation--just explaining what the dealership had said). Instead of apologizing, there were excuses and eventually he hung up on me. Would I recommend? Probably not. Are there prices decent? Yes. Are the parts OEM? NO.
