I bought the owners 2011 dodge ram 3/4 ton. Where is as is. Said what it needed. What he quoted to get it road ready was far from the truth. I bought the truck cash for 12k it then needed another 3k worth of fixes and my mechanic said that the engine was no good and it would need a new one soon. I only had the truck a couple months and the rear end blew out. Wasn’t worth fixing at that point. I passed over a lot of trucks and I thought this was the one. I called him and said im not upset but if he was willing to help me out with another vehicle and he just said no I don’t care. Im out 15k and no truck.
This review is a long time over due. After dealing with many shady car dealers, Bethel Auto Sales and its people were a breath of fresh air. They're hard working and HONEST. The owner went above and beyond when I needed help. They stand behind their work and wouldn't screw anybody over. You can shop with ease here and know you'll get your money's worth. A big thank you for helping my family.
Stopped in on our way through Bethel when the automatic open/close mechanism on my Rav 4 broke. The hatch wouldn't close all the way and were hoping to get some help getting it closed. The great guy at the desk was able to remove the damaged part and didnt charge us even though we were more than willing to compensate him for his work. Much appreciated!
I bought a vehicle from them. I crawled under to see it best I could, but couldn’t see all the bad without it under a lift. The frame was super rusty, almost non passable for a sticker, but passible past their 30 day guarantee. The car also needed a new radiator, but I couldn’t tell when I bought it because it was power washed clean enough so you couldn’t see the leak. Then I look at the paperwork and they didn’t use my full legal name and didn’t put my birthday on the title. So now I get to play that game with the state. Guy seems nice, but the whole experience was bad. Batteries were dead and had flats on two cars when we went to test drive. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Clean inventory, Clean shop, excellent phone communication. Willing to work with you. They are in the business of selling cars not holding them. But.... if you fill out a credit app and work with them on being qualified they will work with you and hold it for you for a few days to make arrangements. Inventory was very impressive.
Made an appointment to see a vehicle, drove 2 1/2 hours and no one was there that could answer any questions about the vehicle.??? They could've saved me the drive and said they weren't going to be there!

Its took me almost a month to get any response from this dealership, several calls, emails later, i finally got a response, but the car they were selling for 4k, had a kbb value of 5k and needed 2k in work. thats probably why you've had the car for 3+ months.
No room for negotiating no point in looking here again.

Went with my daughter to look at a car at Bethel Auto Sales this morning, what a great experience for her. The salesman treated us great! We test drove the vehicle, decided we liked it, and had "the" talk. No pressure, and worked with us and we with them to come to what we felt was a more than fair price. Thank you for making my daughters 1st dealer experience a good one. Give this dealer a chance, it may be worth the drive to the mountains of Maine to get your next car.
While on vacation in Bethel we experienced car trouble the day before we were supposed to leave. Since we were starting a 1,200 mile trek the next day it was important to act quickly. Based on a local recommendation I took our vehicle in to Bethel Auto where they squeezed us in to take a look, diagnose, and resolve the issue. We made it home with no sign of further trouble.
