I had a very flat tire on a very cold morning! Creek Hill came quickly and did a wonderful job. Excellent service! I am thankful they have a AAA contract.
Used Creek Hill from 2020-2022 while I lived in Rockland and highly recommend the shop. Craig is a down to earth guy, the pricing is fair, and the service is excellent. I had multiple oil changes, tire rotations, two wheel bearings replaced, fluids changed (brake, transmission, radiator), and two studs replaced when the lug nuts seized on my 2015 Subaru Forester. It's not easy finding a mechanic you trust, but I was always happy with the work they did!
I haven’t had a lot of experience working with creek hill yet but they seem very nice. The guy got me a date when my truck could be looked at which made me feel a bit better. I’ve heard good things and will post after my work is done.
Looks like there is a trend with this companies poor communication skills.
Regardless of your connection with them, they seem to be lacking common courtesy. As well as missing the understanding that just because a job is in the field, that doesn't mean you aren't still in the the service industry, and therefore obligated to have at least the minimum veneer of professional presentation. If McDonald's servers can put on a smile with all the abuse they deal with for minimum wage, a professional who is often seen as a rescuer should be able to do the same for the 20 minutes of face time they have to do.
Excellent - got my truck in for mechanical and exhaust service and an inspection when no one else could and got it done as quickly as possible, which is no small feat right now. Friendly, honest, and dependable service at a fair price.

These guys are the best…fixed my tire right up for 20 bucks right at the end of the day. They were personable, funny, and competent. And cheerful about helping a tourist out at the very end of the day. I highly recommend their services!
Our car was stuck at a 40 degree angle on the side of the road, with the right side half way into a ditch. AAA dispatched Creek Hill, which arrived in less time than anticipated. The operator was friendly, empathetic, and most of all, highly efficient. He extricated the car in just a few minutes and salvaged our vacation. We could not be more pleased.
