Got there at 7am just 2 others ahead of me. One of my TPMSs was loose in the tire and they had to remove all 4 tires again to check the others again. I appreciated this, but some one else came in an hour after me and left before me. I wouldn't mind waiting as much if I was just kept abreast of what's going on. I thought they forgot me. I love the Nokian tires, 3 1/2 hours to get them was a bummer. Next time I would drop my car off and pick it up later.
I have purchased two sets of winter tires for my WRX from New England Tire. I live more than an hour north of Vassalboro, ME., but both times when I have shopped around for the best price installed ... they have had it. I was always shopping for Nokian Winter Tires. I was in and out in under one hour. Let them give you a quote. You may want drive a little to save a lot.
David J. was our tech today. He provided us with detailed information regarding the repairs we needed, the repairs we might want to consider, and the things that aren't necessary, but would be helpful preventative measures. The time he took to explain our options, the care he took of us and our vehicle, generally speaking, he met every single one of our needs, and then exceeded our expectations at every turn. Great place to buy remanufactured batteries for like$50 They only had new for my car but it was only $83 with core tax and installed. I didn't have any but customers get free ice cream and beverages while they wait. You really can't beat free ice cream ;)
Was on the road when I had a problem. They were nearby so I pulled in. They were able to fix my car while I waited. And at a reasonable price. Friendly service, I highly recommend.
Couldn't give them enough stars. The service was exception and we barely had to wait. Brought my car in for some new tires and they set me up with everything I need and made sure I knew what I was getting.

Amazing in so many ways... I struck out with other sources to find a specific imported tire after looking for over two weeks. Allison had them in the shop for me in less than five hours, and at a very competitive price. The tires were on my truck (same day) in the time I had read one magazine article and enjoyed an ice cream from their generous hospitality center in their very clean, comfortable guest area. The customer service is top notch. My bill was less than expected as they charge the least for installation service in the capital area and do not have the "fees and recycling charges" I have been gouged with elsewhere. Definitely the friendliest, cleanest, family-safe shop I ever recall doing business with. Highly recommended! I will gladly do business here again.
