I had a great experience buying my Buick Encore GX. Ben is very helpful, friendly, and made all the difference. He did amazing getting me the best deal and definitely went above and beyond. Test drove on Saturday, went in this morning and within an hour paperwork was done, had a full tank of gas and was on the road! Absolutely amazing dealership. Bought my husband a 2024 Suburu Ascent today and Ben made the process so easy. He got us the best financing option and even had it re-inspected for a brand new sticker. He was able to answer all of our questions and went through every detail of our purchase. We had to bring our children when we went back to finish the paperwork, and Ben was great with them, even put a kids show on the TV and gave them a snack! Personable, knowledgeable and overall great to work with. Will definitely be returning when it's time to replace my car!

I'm writing this a bit on the late side. So late in fact, this review includes the second car I bought from them last month!
My first visit to them a little over a year ago when I bought my Escape was great. I popped by, hit the lot and looked around to see what they had, aside from the Escape I had viewed online. Jeff gave me the time to look around without the typical used car lot pressure. It wasn't until we approached the show room that he came out and introduced himself. I told him that I'd like to test out the Escape and we went inside to grab the keys. Best receptionist ever! We were greeted by his super friendly dog, which was immediately additional brownie points to me.
After the test drive, we talked numbers and came to a deal pretty quick. Being late in the day, we set up to complete the deal a couple days later. When I came back with the check from the bank, it was sitting right out front all reconned and ready to go!
I judge people not just by their successes, but also their mistakes. A week or so after I took delivery, I noticed that the tires were way past the wear bars. Poor Mr. Lincoln was "bald." I took pics, sent them to Jeff and he asked me to give him an hour. 20 minutes later he had me set up to have the tires taken care of the next day. No fight, no pushback, just a "Whoops! We missed that!" That's the kind of service that makes big mouths like me tell everyone I know what a great place it is to get a new car.
Fast forward to March of this year. Some moron unsuccessfully attempted to squeeze into my lane right at the intersection from the right turn lane. Sadly, my poor, pretty Blue Escape did not survive the collision. So of course, I had to go car shopping, again.
The first thing I did was go right back to the Williams and Son Enterprises page and checked out the inventory. I popped in met the new guy Ben and checked out a few cars. Due to my previous vehicle still not being settled with the insurance company, it was a "fun" situation. Ben and Jeff worked with my credit union and got me into a really nice Subaru Outback XR and I was back in business!
I do have one complaint, they put me into a white car with a big V6. I got over the white, but dang it, I'm gonna get myself a ticket with all this extra horse power!
Long story short, if you need a car and want a positive experience from start to finish, these guys will take great care of you. The experience was so great, I drove all the way from Lewiston not once, but TWICE to work with them. Thanks guys!
I would 100% recommend going to a Williams and Sons for a vehicle! I went in knowing nothing about what I was doing and Jeffrey treated me just like family and explained all the pros and cons about buying a new car, he also answered every question I had, even the dumb ones. So happy with my new ride and great customer service!
Jeff and Ben were amazing to work with. They made the process super easy and quick. The car was spotless, had gas, and my key battery was replaced before leaving. Before I drove home Ben even sat down in the car with me and went over all the features and buttons. I would definitely recommend them.

TJ was great to deal with, the test drive went great, when I got back with the check they were washing the car and getting it ready for me. They were not pushy like the other car sales places, they made me feel comfortable and let me make the decision on my own without making me feel any pressure. I highly recommend them!

I have been to a few used car dealerships over the last few years and I can say that Williams and son enterprises is by far the the best. Jeff Williams is honest about everything he knows about the vehicles on his lot. He doesn't try and hide anything at all.
