Towing service was excellent. The mechanic ran a full diagnostic, with my consent, and ordered the needed parts at the best possible price - all with my approval up front. Everyone at Collins was professional and courteous. Pricing for the work was as expected and the estimate was given before any work was done. They even shuttled me back and forth to the motel! Thanks for helping get my car back up and running quickly. I would recommend this business and use them again if I lived in the area. The mechanic (Rick) did a great job towing and fixing my car. AJ, at the front service desk, was friendly and professional and Rick Collins (owner) was also very helpful. They all made this unexpected minor disaster much easier to deal with - (cars break down at the worst possible time) - thankful that the folks at Collins could help me out. Your efforts were much appreciated!

Called for towing. Prompt, found me immediately. Wasn't afraid to drive out in a very wet field to recover my vehicle. 20miles out of town and very stuck. My vehicle is pretty expensive but I felt like it was in good hands. They've been around forever.

I called for a tow at 3:30 when I was at most 30 minutes away and they said they’d send somebody out right away. I called 45 minutes later and asked for an eta and they told me it was strange they hadn’t shown up yet but that they would be there within 15 minutes. I called a third time after another 30 minutes and they gave me an attitude and said that the truck was on its way and just passed by the hospital (5 minutes away from where the garage is) and it took another 30 minutes for them to show up. After the tow I had asked if there was any discount for the added wait time and they told me no. Definitely would not recommend for a towing emergency.

For the first time I have found a mechanic shop that takes care of my car and my wallet!! Amazing employees who are dedicated to taking care of their customers!

Collins was able to get me in quickly to have my new tires mounted and balanced. They performed an alignment and answered all of my questions. All at a reasonable price.

We think everyone at collins is excellent. They are fair and understanding. They will always do what they can to make you feel important. We would definitely recommend them for any of your service needs. Very glad we have worked with them and will continue to in the future.

I found the people at Collins to be very nice and they took very good care of fixing a car I had just bought from them 2 months ago. I would recommend them for buying a car or for doing repairs.

In my opinion, these guys are crooks! They stole my money from me. If there ever was a group of people that should NOT run a garage, it's these guys. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. They are awful at communication. They will not call you back when they say they will. They installed a faulty part and continued on and had no clue as to what the problem was. After we brought it somewhere else, we were informed that the part Collins installed was faulty. We went back for a refund for the faulty part. The ladies explained that they had to work with NAPA first, before refunding me, and they would call me back. OK, fine. So, now, I waited 8 days, and I still did not hear back from them. I went to see them, to inquire about the refund. We were told they were still waiting for NAPA to refund them, and can't refund me until NAPA refunds them. After we left, we called NAPA, and NAPA explained that they had already credited Collins for the faulty part. So Collins lied to our face. They HAD indeed already been credited by NAPA, but I still have not received a phone call or a refund. I had to pay someone else to redo the very same job he was supposed to, and he refused to admit he messed up. I asked Rick why he didn't check the part before they installed it, and his words were, "We don't do that." So, if you choose to still go here, expect them to not test new parts before installing them in your car. If you have issues with the work they do or the parts they installed for you, do not expect them to back up or guarantee their work. They will refuse to take care of you, and they refuse to admit when they messed up. They will argue and yell at you. They will pick a fight with you, they will gaslight you, and then call the cops on you and have you trespassed, when all you expected them to do was take care of you as a customer, and stand behind their work. NAPA has admitted the part was faulty. Why can't you admit you did us wrong. NAPA refunded them, but they still have yet to refund me.... Still waiting for your call Mallet. PS: and I'm sure some snarky reply, pinning this all back on us will be had. *gaslighting*

I stopped here in a quick emergency trying to get back home on a schedule. Two of the mechanics were on their lunch break and still came out to help and got me back on the road!! Literal angels!!

Stopped by for a inspection on my’16 Challenger R/T Rick was there and I had no appointment but he fit me right in and his mechanic gave it the inspection and I was on my way in under a half hour. Thank you Rick and crew for getting me in and out quickly and being so friendly. I would definitely go back!

Scheduled a time to for a tow a week out Waited over an hour canceled tow. Hired another guy Called and let them know to stay off property Still came Still billed Me. They are thieves

Very impressed with the people here! Not only did they fix my car but they fixed what the last place I took it to messed up. Highly recommend!

Less than 1 star. They told me they could meet at 3, I waited until 4:15, then I called them and they said they were running late. Called again at 5:15 and then their voicemail said they were no longer able to take calls. Waited until 7 and they never showed. I never make reviews but this business should be ashamed.

I've used this company multiple times now and I can't say enough, these guys have lifted, towed, recovered and hauled for me even after hours and on the weekend. Awesome guy, I highly recommend them

I didnt have any appointment ahead but they squeezed me in the same day i called. My husband told me that something going on with my brake but i dont noticed coz i dont drive far but he drives it farther. They did awesome and found out the real trouble with my car and quick too.. i will definitely go there again if i need to..

On a recent trip to Maine for my son's wedding, our car started acting up. The wonderful Manager at the hotel we stayed referred us to Collins Enterprises. She went as far as calling them to pick up the car. Within about 30 minutes the tow truck was there picking up the car. BTW beautiful wrap on that truck. anyway from the tow truck operator, to the office staff everyone was exceptional and very accommodating. Our car was fixed that day and no further problems Thanks again to all involved!! Hope I don't need repairs again on my next trip but I wouldn't go anywhere else if I do!!!!

Was called to tow a tractor trailer unit from this impound lot. Contacted the business. Ask them to let us know when they had received payment. They then refuse the owner's payment called us back and told us they were all set with our services. We were not towing that vehicle out of their yard. Seems very sketchy to me that they will not accept payment and the tractor cannot be towed by anybody else. Lady on the phone was very very rude.

Wonderful people to deal with. Always very happy and I can see why with their prices.... While it's their right to charge 3x the price of other service centers for a recalibration, it's also mine to let others know other places do charge $20, not $75 for this 15 minute appointment. Needles to say, I'll be going elsewhere.

Outstanding service! They came to my rescue promptly. They were kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me through a very stressful situation. I needed my car towed almost 80 miles from where I was broken down, late at night, and there was no hesitation. Extremely satisfied with the service and the price.

My boyfriend called them because my window wouldn’t go up. They had him come in, they opened the door panel, pulled the window up, noted there was a broken piece, but didn’t say what piece Was called or offer any sort of long term fix, such as offering to order the replacement part and schedule a date/time to do the work. They just taped the window in place, charged him for a full hour ($65) and sent my boyfriend on his way all in under 15 minutes. It took him longer to drive there than to actually have any repairs done. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, would not recommend.

If you have the misfortune of having your car towed on a Friday, you are charged for the weekend even though they are closed. You have no way of getting your car without the extremely high “storage” fees. No compromise on their part. They couldn’t produce anything in writing as to what the fees are for each breakdown of services. The receipt has no breakdown either! Scam! Do not recommend them!

Happy to take advantage of Veterans and probably the shadiest towing service around. My father was in a car accident and instead of hauling his car 1000 feet up the road to his house they hauled it to their shop even after being told by the police to haul it to his home. Not even 24 hours later they would not release his car until they received $600. After talking to the owner he openly admitted that he made the call to haul it to the shop because he was "worried he wouldn't get paid because my dad wasn't home." The police had sent my sister there to wait to receive the car and they had her contact information readily available. Obvious that they are taking advantage of someone who was in a car accident.

If I could give him zero stars I absolutely would, in fact I would give him negative. My car was towed in the middle of a huge snow storm because I was stuck out of town. When I called Collins to see if I could come pick up my car, he was rude and nasty; he told me if I wanted it that day it would be double the price. I was quoted a price of $150 for the following day and when I went to pick it up the next day, not only did he charge more, but he wasn't even there. He just relayed messages to his secretary over phone and had her handle it. It gets even better though because my car was buried under two feet of snow and plowed in, and they couldn't even offer me a shovel to dig myself out. I then had to leave the complex, go to a local store, buy a shovel, and then come back to Collins to dig out my car myself. Needless to say this was the most horrific experience of my life.

The company should be screening the people they hire to drive their trucks. On MULTIPLE occasions I have had a Collin's tow truck practically touching my bumper while I was going 5-10 over the speed limit. They drive very unprofessionally and dangerously. Not someone I would feel safe in hiring to tow my car around. Very unhappy with this company, and no repercussions were made. Will be making sure everyone I know uses a different towing company.
