Guys were quick, knew exactly what i needed, got me a better deal than off the shelf price, and installed the wiper blades for me all in under 5 minutes. Everyone here needs a raise and a free company card to buy anything they want.
I had to get my windshield wipers replaced and installed along with windshield wiper fluid. Chad was great with price matching and installing the wipers! Thank you! All of the employees are great whenever I stop by. They also help me with air in my tires which is much appreciated
The O'Reilly's in Farmington is a nice store. I had not been in for a while, but was greeted by the Manager Chad and Assistant Manager. Chad waited on us, and found what we needed quickly. Great Customer Service! I will definitely be going back for any auto parts we need.
Richard and Owen were wonderful! They held the store open for us when our truck started having issues while in a family road trip. They allowed us to stay warm (as we had our children with us) and were super kind and helpful with attempting to get us up and running even though it was well past closing and super cold out! We really cannot express our gratitude enough!
I snapped my wiper blade off on my way to work the other day. I was greeted by Chad on my way in, he helped me find the blades I need, and even helped me install them. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Thank you for you exceptional service.
Had a dead battery this morning. O'Reilly's had the battery I needed in stock and had the new battery installed within 15 minutes of my arrival at the garage. Grateful to be on about my day in a timely manner!!
When there was a miss communication on the part I needed. they gave me a refund no question AND tried to help me buy finding a cost effective alternate.
First time visiting an O'Reilly's Auto Parts and here to say it was a pleasure. The counter person I dealt with (Dan) was not only personable, but knowledgeable as well. Coming from mechanic that has been in the bussiness for 40 years and owned my shop for 20 he showed me something I missed. He (Dan) obviously (to me) knows the repair business. Don't know why buy I used to laugh as I drove by these repair/part stores. I buy the exact part on-line after I diagnose and used to trust know one else. I now will have no problem visiting this store again. Thanks, guys. And Dan for getting me back on the road again.
Went in with part number guy order wrong part. Went back said they would order right part and call us the next day when they knew when it would arrive. We called back 2 days later as we had not heard from them only to find out the part is supposedly unavailable. Thanks for the 2 day wait for nothing.. horrible customer service..
I’ve been into the store multiple times for various items always a great experience more than willing to help even put a battery in my wife’s car for me.

My daughter was driving home from work and lost both headlights. Fortunately O’Reilly was just a few feet up the road so she could pull in safely. She purchased the headlights and asked if someone could help her put them in however staff said they typically do not help install them. I am beyond irate that they could not take a couple moments to help my daughter install these to ensure her safety driving home or even hold a flashlight while she tried to install them herself. Clearly human kindness does not exist at this store.

The young man who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a headlight bulb and he not only installed it but he explained the difference between different bulbs. He was very nice.

Bought parts online but I didn't wait for email saying ready to pick up and I was early. Counter person was super busy but made sure she pulled my order immediately after the guy ahead of me. Instead of telling me to return like another parts store had told me when it happened once before. (I buy a lot of parts online cause it's faster than waiting till you get to the store... usually)
I went in to use a gift card I got for Christmas the people were very willing to help and we're very customer service oriented. I had a not so good experience with VIP but this seemed like it was somehow better than my last visit they earned a 4 with ease up from the 2 I gave to VIP when it was just them. New management must be the difference. Great place if you do a lil tinkering in the Farmington area
If I could have gave 0 stars I would have. I have ordered 3 sets of rotors for a 2002 Ford Mustang and they have been wrong everytime. Will be taking my business somewhere else. Poor communication, poor staff training. Needs a major overhaul in associates working there.
