What a slack group of employees... I ask to speak the manager I'm told she's not there and then the manager answered the phone stating she had been standing there the whole time..I just want to return or exchange a part ...never will I go here again ..was called a thief after the manager Tina was the one whom sold me the part the day before
These folks helped us out with windshield fluid, just for the car battery to die in the parking lot. The whole team stepped up and helped us clean corroded battery terminals in 2° weather. Very professional and incredibly kind. Thank you folks! 10/10
I had an absolutely perfect experience at the AutoZone in Farmington. Carissa and Kristen went above and beyond by answering all of my many questions with patience and kindness. They even printed out different battery options so I could compare them and take my time deciding, which I really appreciated.
They installed my battery quickly and perfectly at night, in freezing cold weather, and were extremely friendly and welcoming the entire time. I also loved seeing a mostly women-run team, such a great and refreshing experience. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this location
not so great customer service. On the phone I was told to bring my $170 x2 batteries in for a replacement. When I arrived at the store 10 minutes later I was told that I was out of warranty by 21 days so also out of luck. Not impressed.
Wonderful service! We were out of town skiing when the check engine light came on. These guys did an awesome job helping us understand the issue, luckily it fixed itself on the ride home!
Shanon provided excellent assistance and customer services! She assisted me in my second and third trip in one day and help solve many of the issues I was having. She conducted herself in a very professional manner and got me out the door with a great solution. Shanon, thank you for your help.
They do what they can to help out. I don't really buy parts from stores but if I need something quick I come here or Motor Supply. I'd recommend these two places in the town!
Staff was great and helpful, but their boss was just on her phone the entire time while I was in there. She didn't seem very interested in working. I've never liked working for a boss like that. I can't imagine they do either.
Edit: I appreciate the owner reaching out and I will give the feedback on that link provided. I always enjoy popping in to find a new gizmo for my car I never knew I needed, so I will be back for sure. It's just upsetting when I see behavior like this in "leaders." Otherwise, the rest of the staff was attentive and great! Upgrading review to 4 for the rest of the staff and owner.
Have to thank Jasmine & Shannon at the Farmington location for helping me when Cody at the Augusta location turned me away. I was gifted a slime air pump for Christmas, used it a few times, worked great! I went to put air in my tire while I was in Augusta and the valve locking mechanism on the pump broke (evening of 2/5). Went over to AutoZone there & was told by Cody that all I could do w/out a receipt is buy a new one. I asked him if he could look for it on the account of the person that gifted it to me (as I proceeded to try to get ahold of her). He said it didn't matter, that even if I had the receipt, I would still have to buy a new one since it is a non-warrantied item. He suggested I leave the broken one with him and buy a brand new one. Instead, on Friday, 2/7 I stopped at the Farmington location & told the associate at the counter (Jasmine) what happened with the pump when I went to use it. Jasmine proceeded to exchange the broken one out for me. She went and grabbed it off the shelf and everything. I mentioned what happened in Augusta and both Jasmine & Shannon apologized for Augusta turning me away. Both women were very empathetic and genuinely cared. I am local to Farmington and appreciate all the employees at that location. No matter who I encounter, they are always extremely helpful. But a special thank you to Jasmine and to Shannon for your kindness and help, Thank you ladies! My tires are now full :-)
Out of the 3 times I have been to this location. Every single time they have sold me the wrong parts now I need to yet again return what I purchased and get the right one. This time it was a headlight bulb I found the correct part number in 2 seconds looking on Google.
I have so much respect for the people who work here! I'm working on a project polishing a truck that was donated to the jay fire department, and was looking for a touch-up pen to take care of paint chips and scratches. After asking if they would be able to donate it, Shannon Libby the parts manager didn't even hesitate she help me get the right color and paid for it herself! A huge thank you for helping get the right color, and your generous act of kindness! Autozone you guy's have some amazing people working for you!
Ryan and Shannon went above and beyond on 12/13 & 14 with my headlamp issues. I ended up bringing my car in on the 14th and Ryan was so generous and kind to actually come look into what was the issue, figured out purchased all new bulbs and now I can see driving back from work on 27! Thanks again to you both.
Shannon was super helpful, and friendly! When O'Reilly's (local to my driver) wouldn't take a payment over the phone, we called your Farmington store, and she said absolutely we can take payment over the phone! The battery was in stock too! Thank you so much for helping our driver get back out on the road!
The BEST part store in the area by far. We always buy all of our parts from Auto Zone in Farmington. The store manager, Amy, is really great to work with! All the staff that work there are super friendly and helpful, especially Donald and Ryan!
I went into autozone today for some zip ties and I tell you what Austin p was the most kindest easiest person to talk to. Loved having him help me, 10/10 would go there again just for him!
The young man that helped me Wirth my battery was amazing, he went above and beyond his call of duty!!! I wish I knew his name!!! He wore glasses and was a young brunette!!! Again thank him!!!

Great friendly helpful experience. The clerk was kind enough to share her mechanics name with me. Now I have an Awesome Mechanic. These ppl are very helpful. And just really down to earth and they WANNA help. Imagine that?! --- Love going to Auto Zone
Friendly knowledgeable staff! Went in for a blinker lightbulb. Staff was able to look up and then retrieve the bulb I needed. As this was a blinker bulb I knew how to change it so no help was required, however, if someone needs help with installation there are more than willing to assist! Sadly for me the lightbulb doesn't appear to be the cause of the issue of why the blinker won't work so now I suspect a loose or blown fuze.
I always feel happy to go into this location. Employees are always pleasant and beyond helpful. Just had an experience where an employee saved me a big hassle and I appreciate that so much. Thank you!
Quick, friendly and great staff. Grateful that they moved in and have helped our business tremendously since the other stores have dropped the ball so to speak.
The workers are very friendly and helpful and the store is always very clean. Clean restrooms as well, which is nice. They always have some sort of sale going on in store and if you need help doing something to you're car within reason they always help!
Well, usually it's good but one time the manager openly laughed at my dad because he was upset with them for giving him the wrong part, though it was the cashier's fault, as he had provided the VIN, which should've allowed the right part to be purchased.
