His very understanding and patient. His very family oriented and his car has never gave my son trouble. He knew I was a single mother and didn’t take advantage of that.
This guy sells nothing but unsafe, unreliable used cars. Many of which are stickered and shouldn't be. He also has a attitude when it comes to you expressing concerns/issues with the car he has sold you. He also will find any excuse possible to put off doing needed repairs for as long as possible. And to top it all off his employees just seem to do whatever they want and leave when they choose to. Very unprofessional place, and quite frankly disgusting, inside the office/most cars are disgusting and smell horrible. Do not go here.
Very polite and customer oriented. This is a family business and they are all very helpful and a great selection of cars. People must understand your buying a used car of you want perfection buy new and even them it's not guaranteed. They are going to be my new go to place. Thank you Kenny and family! !
Try to find someone to help! We waited and the dealer disappeared on the lot, never to be seen again. Just skip the middleman and go to NH yourself to get these cars.
My husband, got a suv through poland auto. To find out that the sub frame was rotted the center posted bearing was gone as well as the head gasket he took it to a shop and got it looked at and was called stupid for doing so Kenny is a shady fraud and the place should be shut down on another note where ever he has these cars stickered should also be shut down these cars are junk as are the people selling them and servicing them
I had 5 cars and 3 trucks throw poland only had 1 that was junk but I told him about it he sayed so sorry and let me pick another 1 out had no problems since thank you Kenny
Bought a truck from here and only a couple months in the transmission died.... Had a michanic look at it and found out that the whole frame was rusted and cracked.... The truck was completely illegal to have on the road.... Went back and told him, they told me that there is nothing wrong with the truck at all.... The guy got really rude and when the lemon law was threatened he wanted me to leave.... I am a single mother on a very fixed income.... I can't believe they are ok with children being in such a dangerous vehicle.... Anyone considering buy a vehicle please go anywhere but here.

This place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it is the best experience I’ve ever had buying a used car . Actually purchased two from them . They’re kind, human and understanding. As long as you keep them informed they will work with you. The owner is very kind and they all go out of their way to ensure a happy and safe experience!
They don’t like fix your car while under warranty takes them More than once to actually fix the problem. After only having the car for 1 day after it took them 3 days after I put down a down payment to have my car read for me to take. When I test drive the car it was running great looked the car over really well grew up with family in auto business so I’m mechanically inclined & know what to look for when I picked up the car it was clunking and making lots of noise don’t know how they got a inspection sticker on it. I Had to threaten court with lemon law to make anything happen & get me car repaired under warranty then taking them 3 weeks or more for them to repair car. I like the car and the price but not happy with customer service at all.
Horrible service, if the car has a pre-existing condition when you buy it it takes them about 4-5 times of "fixing it" just to get the problem to stop. When taking my acquaintances vehicle out for a test drive they whipped it into the parking lot going about 60 and slammed on the breaks (it wasn't a break issue, it was leaking antifreeze) which wasn't good for them what so ever. Now vehicle wont start after being in only their care. We had a mechanic check over the vehicle and the e-brake cable was rusted out though the vehicle had a new sticker (e-brake is a sticker-able item only leaving us to believe it was put on illegally). Once we started having issues with the vehicle they recognized my friends phone number and ignored it until we pulled out my phone and they answered Immediately. I do not recommend.
Extremely helpful, quick service! Signed paperwork and was out the door under an hour! If any repairs need to be done after 30 days, I'll get a quote from a state certified mechanic and the dealer will charge half the quote price to fix any repairs! Thank you Ken for your help!
