The service was terrible lack of communication and every time they told me my truck would be ready it was another week this went on for four weeks would and not vere friendly staff would not recommend them at all
Very little communication. They failed on the first try to fix the whole problem. We had to point out that there was still a crease in the bumper. Also, my new battery was dead. The radio was on a different station, so I know they had been playing the radio.
IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE AT ALL DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. NO PRIDE IN THE WORK THEY DO! ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED TO SAY I WAS AT A PLACE IN MY LIFE.
TOOK A MONTH LONGER THAN THEY SAID TO GET CAR DONE. HALF ASSED EVERYTHING THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. SCRATCHED THE HELL OUT OF THE CAR DURING TOWING AND ACTING LIKE THEY DIDN'T SEE IT. JUST SORRY!
