Critical breakdown outside of Baton Rouge. The guys at Deep South Towing and Recovery were simply unbelievable. Went so far above and beyond to get me into the shop safely, breakdown and diagnose the problem, get on the phone and find the parts and then arrange for courier services to get everything here. Everyone of these guys from the tow drivers to the mechanics and administrative staff at the mechanic shop they are affiliated with is deeply professional, knowledgeable, and has only one aim and that’s to get you back on the road quickly, safely, and with the problem actually resolved. I travel this lane weekly and I will absolutely bring my truck here for any work that can be accomplished here from now on. Thirty two years driving and now four as an owner operator and I have never, I mean never had better service. If you are in trouble and in need of tow and or mechanical services do not hesitate to call these guys. They are located right in Port Allen, La. They are scammers. They initially quoted a lower price, but later added many hidden fees, making the total nearly three times higher. Their behavior was also very rude. They scratched and dented my car during towing and later denied responsibility.
