the girl that waited on me tested my battery and said it was bad
find out the battery came from O'Reilly and was still in warranty
I ask her if they still replace batteries and she said she don't
what about the other guys working here and she said i'm not going to ask I don't want them getting mad at me its hot outside
so I ask if I could ask one of them and let them get mad at me
she said yes so I ask Dane and he was very helpful and nice
thanks to him I will keep shopping here
Customer service is an absolute 0. Pulled into the parking lot to get some new wiper blades. Was told by an employee very rudely in the parking lot we had to park across the street or somewhere else not in the store parking lot. We weren't even in the parking lot for two minutes.Didn't even bother going inside or trying to explain why I was there took my money elsewhere since we couldn't even get out of the car without being greeted by rude employees.

Staff is so friendly. They are excellent at playing guess what part I need from my vague descriptions. They always send me home with what I need at a price I can afford.
NEVER BUY O'Reilly Parts THERE ALTERNATORS COME FROM CHINA AND DON'T LAST 10 DAYS AND IT FELL APART then order a replacement that came with a pulley bent order again same pulley defect ordered 3 alternators all of them bad and STORE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS
O'Reilly Auto Parts was a pretty nice experience, I do say. There's this associate there named Justin and he's a pretty helpful guy to be honest. He knows what you need to solve your auto conflict. This dude was so knowledgeable about the type of headlights I needed that as soon as I told him what vehicle I had, he was on it like white on rice. I swear to God bruh, he is a gentle giant. And O'Reilly has everything you need for your sweet whip, and if they DON'T have it, they can point you in the right direction. I'm sure I'll be back again to get more parts should the need arise, you know? We even bonded over our cars. He has a Hyundai, I have a Hyundai. Damn, mah brotha. I give a 5/7 stars. Tripped on concrete tire stop & fell on sidewalk. Tire stops are not painted. Employees say me fall, didn't come to check on me.

I just went there telling them i need my battery checked bc its giving me trouble to start. The young guy checks it says its good i asked if maybe theres a way to check the starter bc i know its making noise and stalling to start yes theres a way he says but what kind of noise is it making i tell him he tells me its normal for them to do that . So no the starter didnt get checked and i told him i just need someone to check it to make sure bc if it is i wanna buy the part so i can fix it bc i drive far everyday and dont want my car leaving me on foot he says yea its normal.
