If you want to avoid a huge headache and not lose money, don't take your cars here. I brought my car because of an air problem. I took it three more times and they only charged me for the liquid and they never fixed the problem I paid for. The last time they had my car for two weeks and they could never fix it. In the end I had to go pick up my car because they just say "we already know what it is" and they never fix it. It's disappointing. I think they need to hire personnel who have knowledge of what they do.
I gave them five stars cause they were nice friendly and they provided excellent service on getting my car back quick! I would recommend them too everyone. Mr. Freddie went above and beyond too help me.

Did not tell me the reason the driver side low/high beam light socket was burned and need replacing to pass inspection. Installed new bulbs and took a phone call, walked away.

Used this establishment before with pretty good results and was satisfied. Dropped car off this week with stuck AC panel button. Was shoved a blank piece of paper to complete with info. The clerk took what I had written down and added what I told them was wrong. Was contacted an hour later and told that a diagnostic fee was charged at 174.00. Switch panel new was a little less than 400. Was offered a used panel at 275.00 to equal about 875.00 for a used part that would not be in for at least a week. I respectfully declined and picked car up NO PLACE in the business was there a sign regarding what the diagnostic fee would be, nor was I told when I dropped car off.
Clerk was rude and seemed to not be very thorough when it came to advising charges Not to mention that the part that they were trying to sell me over the phone for 375.00 was available locally for 45.00. The two hours to remove the gearshift bezel took 30 minutes from start to finish when I repaired it myself.
I paid for the 174.00 diagnostic fee which was a pretty pricey lesson. When I picked the car up, it was parked in the same place and didn't appear anyone disassembled the dash to look at the stuck button. Then again, they really did not have to because I told them what was actually wrong.
I would avoid this auto center.
I give them 5awsome stars!! I had my recovered stolen car towed there and they not only fixed everything, they had the dealer install the anti -theft software and they inspected and Detailed every inch!! My poor baby looks brand new! I was Overwhelmed by their perfection And their family attitude. Keep it Rollin, guys, I love you.
I reversed my car into a ditch and I called keep it rolling! Freddie came to my rescue. I am out of state and thank God for keep it rolling… my car is back rolling.. Amazing job! My car was out of the ditch in no time and like a miracle and most importantly no damage to the car. I got to pet his dog and see their beautiful family pictures. God bless you all! Now I know I may be far away from home but I found this shop with people who treated me like one of them. I hundred per cent recommend.
My husband’s truck had been to serval different shops in the last few months and they were the first to actually find the problem. They were are to fix his truck with a few days. We are so thankful to the amazing people there. I recommend them if you are have auto or a/c issues. We give them a 10 out of 10.

I'm still so impressed with Keep It Rolling! I was there yesterday (10-29-22) because the VSC TRAC LIGHT came on. They checked it out and found nothing wrong with it, checked the pressure in my tires, added air in them and didn't charge me anything! The only complaint I have is that you now need an appt. I didn't know that, but they took me anyway! I will be making an appt. for next Sat. to have my brakes looked at!

Keep It Rolling is the best Auto repair shop in Houma. Probably the best in the whole state of Louisiana. I have a 2022 Chevrolet 2500 High Country Diesel and the Chevrolet dealership was 3 weeks out. Brought it here and they diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and ordered the part to fix it the following day. I highly Recommend this business. Customer service is impeccable, which is hard to find these days.
