I should have read the other reviews before bringing my Jeep here. After waiting a week for the appointment that was scheduled ahead of time, I brought my Jeep in for every light on the dash on and no power steering. I dropped it off on December 16, 2025 with Sue. Nice as could be…. At first. After about 3 hours she called and told me that it needed a new rack and pinion and gave a me a total price for parts, labor and taxes and said “ And we have it in stock, I can pull it from parts right now and he can get started on it today”. I then asked if my extended warranty would cover it and she said she checked but didn’t see a mopar extended warranty. I told her that it was a plan I purchased with the vehicle when I purchased it and she then told me that they usually don’t use them because they do not pay the dealerships prices but she’d call anyway. After about two hours later, she called and told me it was approved and she was pulling the part from parts and he should be able to get on it first thing in the morning. A week goes by, no call, nothing… so I call sue to check status and was told, “he’s still working on it, no news yet”. Another week goes by and still nothing so I called back and spoke with Sue, who then tells me they still don’t have any information. I was firm and said I needed some information/ update because it’s now two weeks later on a job that calls for 9 labor hours. She proceeded to tell me… “well sir, we had to order parts and wait for them to come in” I then reminded her that she said in the beginning that it was in stock, ready to go. She then huffed and said hold on… a few minutes later she came back and actually told me that the mechanic just told her that it was taking longer because he was having trouble removing some of the bolts, that they were hard to get out. I actually couldn’t believe she told me that so I asked for the service manager. After a few minutes, the service manager came on the phone and was absolutely no help at all either. In fact, he told me…” you need to understand that your vehicle is not the only one in service being worked on” so I then asked for the reason for an appointment if that’s how they work, taking more behind mine. He then said well I have nothing more to tell you on your vehicle other than what Sue has already told you. I then asked for the general manager of the dealership, he said, I’ll get your information from Sue, put it on a post it and bring him your name and number to keep you from having to wait on hold. Yeah, that never happened. So another week goes by and I was given two more stories about they were waiting for STAR to approve the second rack because the first one was defective and blah blah.. needless to say, this whole time, I’m paying for a rental car out of pocket because the extended warranty only covers reimbursement after the claim is closed, and only covers up to 10 days. I would definitely recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere for service, and the owner/ stockholders or whoever is involved with this dealership take a look into the service advisor and management representing them. Absolutely everything in this post is actual facts and nothing exaggerated. Total time in service was 21 days for a 9 hour rack and pinion job.
