Got stranded in New Orleans when my water pump went out and dumped fluid all over I-10. Took the nearest exit and called Jimmy’s Towing. They got out to the 610/I-10 split pretty quick, and Parker (the driver) was awesome — super friendly and easy to talk to on the ride back to Houma. The price was really reasonable for the distance too. Great service all around, definitely recommend!
I highly recommend Jimmy's. I was hotshoting a part to Port Fourchon when my catalytic converter cover came halfway off and was dragging on the road needless to say at midnight just outside Amelia.
I called Jimmy's and they were to me and had my truck loaded up and headed for the nearest truck stop with an 1 1/2 hours.
A big shout-out to the driver Thomas for helping me out by strapping the cover up enough for me to make the delivery.
JIMMY'S TOWING ROCKS!
I broke down 5 hours from home on a Sunday and these guys had a truck scoop me up in 25 minutes. They were nice enough to store my truck until I was able to get it picked up a few days later. I highly recommend these guys if you ever get in a bind like me. The driver was clean and courteous. You could tell he knew what he was doing. The office was easy to deal with when setting up the tow and getting my truck out of storage.
Big thank you to Jimmys for coming get us out of a bind at 3 AM! They were to the location in less than 20 minutes from across town in the rain at 3:00 in the morning! Rusty was awesome and knew exactly how to get us out. Did a great job in less than ideal conditions, with no damage to the vehicle. Highly Highly recommend, thanks again!

After numerous reports I can safely say this company throws a racketeering program in the most legal way possible. If you have your car towed for any reason, including getting in an accident, they will (illegally) disallow you from grabbing any personal belongings in the car, and will disproportionately increase fees. They will say you cannot grab your items during the day, then after hours charge you more, then the next day multiply that by a random amount. To get your belongings you have to pay a "tow fee," to get your car you need to pay almost triple that. What's the point of a tow fee if Jimmy's is going to keep the car? That won't hold up in small claims court, not even in Houma. Good luck everyone, and if you can, find someone else.
No one uses Jimmy's Towing & Recovery to tow. The owner just cussed me out. Very poor service. They charged me 100 for just jumping off the car for only 5 min and wanted another 110 to tow and told me that its a 160000 vehicle. I told him ot didn't matter. He begun just cussing me out telling me to get someone else to tow the vehicle. And just kept cussing.
I was told one price over the phone and when I went to get my car was told a price that was almost trippled the original price and took no responsibility for giving out misinformation.
Very Very Very Satisfied with Jimmy's, from the time I called until they moved our RV 2 hours with them being an hour away. And the guy that came was awesome very friendly and it didn't take him long at all to load up and dropped off at destination.
Great experience with the towing company. Chris was our operator and he was quick to meet us and get us to our destination. It was a Sunday night and we had a pretty far drive but Chris handled it great. He was super friendly and professional. We strongly recommend this company!
I called a few places and some places want $600... they did it in half the price, quick, and professional with EJ (I think that’s the name) as the operator.
I will honestly use again if I have too.
This is the WORST “business” I’ve ever dealt with. The guy was rude and hung up in my face! Customers BEWARE! He’s uncaring, and clearly, doesn’t understand service. Wish I could give him negative stars.
