A place I'll never ever recommend, no one to never ever go. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. if he doesn't feel like talking, he will hang up the phone in your face. i called about my vehicle then he proceeded to hang up on me . I drove there to retrieve my personal belongings from my wrecked vehicle.... then he goes off on me and said u should have called first, but I guess . And I said I did, and u hang up the phone on me
I had my car send there after an accident on the interstate, coming from the airport with my luggage in my car an was almost home before been hit by an 18 Wheeler on a Saturday morning, I called them to see would they let me come get my luggage an was told I couldn’t come until Monday okay I was cool with that, once I went there Monday morning my Luggage was no where to be found. Someone there took my Luggage out my car once looking inside seeing what I had in there. I wouldn’t send another car to them again, so be careful of what you leave in your car if towed there
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone! My son totally wrecked his car and they towed it, I asked could I get his personal items and license plate to turn in and was told hell no! If I wanted to even look at vehicle again I would have to pay $150 cash. Each time we called about car response would be if I was calling to pay and amount had gone up.
