Mr Ray is just amazing and did everything to get me rolling in the vehicle I wanted! Our family is so happy and thankful for him! He knew I was so discouraged and deeply in need of a vehicle and he told me he fights to win and he sure did and I am so thankful for this wonderful man! My experience with D&B Auto dealership was my FIRST and LAST. Let’s just say I’ve been in the car business as well as my family for over 15 years and I would never let my customer walk away with a vehicle, new or used, in the condition in which was received from D&B Auto LLC, Amite, LA. If it were up to me, the sale wouldn’t have been finalized, which they got blessed with getting away with selling a car they put no effort into at all, seems as if it came straight from the auction and into the hands of a unsatisfied customer. When the car was delivered to a disclosed location by the two owners, I noticed there was no inspection sticker, which is illegal to drive a car, and then for a few hours, without an inspection sticker. The car also didn’t have a spare key or a spare tire provided as well as all 4 tires on the car were due for replacement of new ones. There were no floor mats in the car at all, and a crack on the passenger side window, which didn’t become an issue until driving it for a few days after arrival, we noticed the crack grew each day after receiving the vehicle. The car was not cleaned or vacuumed well, as you can see in the pictures provided. It is now an inconvenience being that the responsibility of gathering all of the items necessary for the vehicle is upon the new owner. I would have been somewhat satisfied if D&B Auto LLC would have compensated for the hassle we will now have to handle. I am well aware when purchasing a used vehicle, if nothing is negotiated before signing for ownership, that it is of no responsibility or obligation of the previous owner or dealership to make any changes upon request. I know that this situation made my family member better aware of all requests and concerns be addressed and discussed before purchasing and finalizing any vehicle in the future. I hope this is a learning lesson for all involved.
I enjoyed working with the associates at D&B AUTO. They are such pleasant people even if it's just conversation. Dr. Ray is so awesome, his spirit was calming. I really enjoyed my experience with them all. Very good people, down to earth, caring.

Would not buy another vehicle from them ever!!! Had to replace a transmission and now the timing chain vehicle has been in the shop more than I drove it. Purchased in January 2022 car went to the shop the beginning of March 2022! Got it back in April now its back in for the timing chain! Call them to let them know what was going on all they said was your 30 days are up. I'm glad I purchased my on insurance to help cover some of the cost.
Over the years I have bought 15 or more cars for myself, children, n grandchildren, I have never had a bad experience, will continue to buy here my first n only stop when shopping for a car !!!
I just purchased a car from here and they were amazing! The staff indulged my indecisive nature and let me test drive 14 different units on their yard. They explained the details and sell points for each unit. Mr Buddy was super helpful and he treated me like family. He was upfront, honest, and reasonably priced. He sold me the car that day that I couldn't live without and I left feeling confident in my decision which I haven't always felt leaving a car dealership. You can't put a price on peace of mind. These folks here go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. They even bought me lunch while we filled out paperwork. Great place if you're looking for a gently used car if its not in stock they can try and find it for you. Absolutely best used car dealership Experience. Horrible what they would call "customer service". All he wanted was to hurry and get us off the lot because questions were being asked why they cant just write something about a warranty and that his "word" should be enough. No! I dont know him. So why can a person lie about a vehicle being wrecked and say they mail you something stating a 90 day warranty. Alot of strange things happening at this whole in the wall!
Bought a truck from here ... And the rear end went out... The guy at the shop said it is from water damage... So pretty sure they sold us a truck that flooded!!! Very said that they would do that
Me and my wife bought a car from this company and not even hours after we got the car the check engine light came on we found out that there was house wiring wired into the car we had to do a lot of repairs on the car itself So if you buy a car if this company check everything on the car under the hood everywhere this place is a total rip off And they will sell you a car that has issues and tell you it's OK. But don't believe in check yourself.
I arrived late in the evening before this business closed. Very friendly, down to earth, professional staff who want to work out great deals by pleasing their customers. They off great affordable prices and have a nice selection of autos to choose from. They also offer some financing options. This is an excellent place to shop for a quality us d car or truck. Today I chose a Dodge Avenger very nice and clean. Like I said ,I arriv d before closing so my car buying adventure will continue tomorrow.
I have bought 2 cars from D&B Auto. My sister and my cousin bought a car- truck. I highly recommend that you give them a look. They are really one of the best used car lots around. There costumer service has been really good for me and my family. All the vehicles that me and my family bought still run great just minor issues nothing over 100$.
