I've bought parts from this place for years not only does your parts come with a warranty if they don't have it they will try an get it for you and everyone there has the attitude of can I help you and they meant every word...hats off to these great people...

I was very pleased to be well informed and treated during the whole process. I ordered a part from Miami, Fl and Richard assisted us diligently. The only things is that shipping was lengthy but the part was correct and with no defects.
I ordered the part and they shipped it the very next day they are very good people to deal with very friendly and courteous I highly recommend this automotive group of people
I was a repeat customer, bought multiple parts from here and always returned cores. Today the owner showed zero customer service skills when he refused with an attitude to sell me a part without me first bringing in my core......... And then if his untested part I buy is no good, then my core is gone and I am stuck with his useless part. I would happily pay a core charge and return my core, but that is unacceptable here evidently. This is shady business practices and you will not find another salvage yard that requires this. I will not spend another dollar here and would advise against it.
Great little hidden gem place to find hard to find parts that has the best prices in Louisiana PERIOD. I drove three hours to get to the place to get a part no one else had at a good price. I'll be returning soon.
BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! This place and it's owners are total rip-off artists! I'll NEVER spend another dime there! I went there to source a good, newer engine for my small business' diesel pickup truck that still drove with the old motor, but had little power and we used EVERY day. They said they had one, charged me nearly $4000, and said that it had a "Sixty day warranty". I had the engine professionally installed a week later, and when it was first started, it had a knock in the engine. They REFUSED to honor their warranty! Two weeks later, an internal engine part came apart and grenaded the engine (which could have been repaired reasonably under their "warranty" when I first told them and they denied warranty). So, not only was my truck down, I was out the $4000 they charged AND the $900 to pay the mechanics (for install), a towing bill for when the engine grenaded, and the cost to rent a truck for nearly a month while all of this was going on! I ended up having my old engine reworked, while I had the rental . It was my business' ONLY vehicle, so it was a MAJOR headache! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!!
I went by there to get a part for my car and guys there were really helpful. I rode with one of the guys at their yard and he pulled the part from the car after I took a look at it. They have a huge selection of cars. I will definitely go back there for the hard to find parts. There price was very reasonable too.
Please DO NOT and I repeat do not buy any motors from this company. I was sold a bad motor with missing parts and given the run when trying to contact someone about it. Even though I was in contact the entire time upon installment I was never told about the rust in valves but was suggested to rub it down with oil and after installment it ran for 20 days exact before locking up. Also the engine was said to have 60k miles and was in good condition when in fact it was a high mileage engine that didn’t last me a month.
Be prepared to wait at least an hour for a hubcap even after confirmation that the part is available. After getting there, I was told that the part couldn't be found after being told they had three. By and by, they finally produced the part. The most significance to my experience was that I did eventually get my part, I assume because of the hassle, I received the part slightly cheaper than originally quoted.
Every single employee I dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they took great care of me. The price for the transmission was less expensive than everywhere else I had looked, my part was super clean, and they were very careful when they put it in the back of my vehicle. I found them on ebay ( abmotorsla ) so if I prefer to have parts shipped in the future that is a handy option. This was the best and easiest in-person experience I've had when buying used car parts, and the next time I need something I will be looking to them first.
A&B Motors pull the parts for you. They're prices are higher than average. If you're able to wait for your part you might come out cheaper buying parts online from A&M parts.
