Husband and Wife team were nice, compassionate, and kind. While waiting for me, the husband noticed someone who was trying to put air in his tire and he did it for him. At the end of the tow, the wife left me with very king words and her card, telling me to call her if I ever needed to talk. Their kindness and words of encouragement to a perfect stranger was so very appreciated. Service was prompt, they accept tap to pay, and they even explained how I could file a claim with my insurance company. Absolutely recommend!
On February 3, 2026, at approximately 11:10 a.m., I returned in person to ASAP Towing, located at 2090 Gause Blvd. W, Slidell, Louisiana, to request documentation authorizing the $528 in charges I was billed for a police-ordered tow.
I specifically requested that the receptionist, Chloe, provide a rate sheet, ordinance, or police contract authorizing the exact charges listed on my receipt. Chloe appeared visibly irritated and stated that the individual I was requesting was not present and that she would not provide any documentation or information regarding the rates.
I then calmly requested an email address for the owner or company representative so I could submit my request in writing. At that point, Chloe became verbally aggressive and unprofessional, raising her voice and making hostile remarks, including stating that “the police already told me about you,” followed by profane language directed toward me.
Chloe appeared visibly agitated, shaking, and yelling, and her behavior escalated to the point that I felt it was necessary to leave the premises to avoid further confrontation.
Due to the verbal aggression and hostile conduct, I documented the incident with law enforcement. My visit was solely to request legally required documentation regarding a regulated, police-ordered tow, and I was met with hostility rather than assistance.
I arrived at ASAP Towing, located at 2090 Gause Blvd. W., Slidell, Louisiana, at approximately 11:00 a.m. on February 2, 2026, to retrieve my vehicle. Earlier that morning, at approximately 1:15 a.m., I had been arrested for inebriation. My vehicle had been removed from being literally on the railroad tracks on Front Street, directly across from Starbucks and the adjacent car wash. The vehicle sustained no damage during the mishap. The retrieval process took less than 20 minutes, and the total distance towed was approximately 2.7 miles.
Upon arrival, I was informed that a valid driver’s license was required to release the vehicle. I later returned with proper identification and proof of insurance. At that time, I asked the receptionist, Chloe, for the total amount due and was informed the charge was $528.34. When I requested clarification regarding the charges, an older, gray-haired gentleman (seems like he’s former law enforcement) intervened in the conversation and stated, “You’re lucky you have anything to retrieve; you were drinking and your car was on the tracks.”
I perceived this statement as intimidation to pay and to discourage further pricing inquires. As a result, I chose to disengage, paid the $528.34 to recover my vehicle, and decided to formally challenge the amount charged through appropriate channels after securing the release of my vehicle.
Dishonesty and thievery bothers me to my core. To become aggressive and obnoxious with me because I discovered the scheme is beyond me!!!

We have used ASAP Towing several times over the years. They are always professional and courteous and their prices have always been reasonable. They're the only towing company I have saved in my phone contacts. Highly recommend.

In a day and age where you can't seem to get help or trust anyone in sight , I'd just like to say that this Towing service company treated me as good as they possibly could. The driver went above and beyond even to the point where I didn't even actually need my car towed . He saved me more heartache and money than I can explain. 100 % integrity is hard to find these days but in this company did just that in my situation. Very grateful to Keith's Towing Service and its truck driver.
My fuel pump out on 12EB I needed a tow ASAP that way I could get back to work. So I called ASAP and Chris was there ASAP. Fast response time and I’m back up and running and back to work.
Receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. Obviously she's overwhelmed that she's given out the wrong prices. I called to ask a simple question and was berated by her. She began screaming at me what type of customer service is this?!?! FYI everyone else was awesome but I rather go elsewhere just so I won't have to speak with her.
Talk about friendly service. Chris picked up my daughter's vehicle and brought it to my house for repairs. There was constant communication from the moment he arrived on site until he dropped it off. We talked about diagnosing the problem and even offered to help me with repairs. Top notch. Chris needs a raise. This level of service is so rare in this day and age

I parked my boat too much into the grass and it was slowly sinking and sliding towards the ditch. Needless to say I couldn’t get it out with my truck as I didn’t have room to swing it out. These guys came out within 10 minutes and lifted it out into the street. Saved my butt from further damage. 2nd time I’ve had to use them and both were great experiences!
They were awesome.. All smiles.. I Thank Mr. Tow Man for getting out of his bed to come help tow my van for my family. Late night on the highway with my babies, the tow guy came out when he could have stead in bed..
