So my complaint is about a driver, 12-5-25 at 330pm. The dump truck was coming into Abita Springs on 36 go through the circle and continue on 36 SPEEDING!!! Speed limit is 25mph not 35-40mph. Regardless what time it is. Teach your drivers safety especially when it is wet.
Rude employees. Called for a quote and girl that answered the phone didn't even let me finish my sentence. She cut me off to tell me she had to transfer my call. The man I was transferred to was also rude and very unfriendly. We will be going with Amwaste.
12AUG2024: Still friendly, courteous, and professional service. I highly recommend them over other providers, especially up near Thomas and Franklinton areas.
Quite frankly, I used them on multiple occasions for 2, 6, and 20 yard containers. Everything has been straightforward from ordering, delivery, and payment. If someone is unavailable, I've always gotten a call back to adjust service or get a question answered.
The drivers who have delivered and serviced our containers have been very helpful and friendly. As a matter of fact, the Stranco driver that goes by our place still honks the horn and waves whenever he sees us.
Stranco is a dependable and family owned company who is always on time, clean, courteous, and has great communication. Highly recommend for all of your solid waste needs. William is super helpful!
Customer service just wasn’t there for me. Everything has to go through one guy named William who is very hard to contact and when you do get someone on the phone they seem put out to help you. There are plenty other dumpster companies to chose from so won’t be using Stranco again. However, the delivery guys was super friendly and easy to work with.
Worst customer service ever. We have had problems from the beginning of getting their dumpster. Paid for a lock on our dumpster and the driver does not unlock the lid just bangs the lid until it breaks and a new lock is required. Numerous calls to office because they only dump half of the dumpster or don’t come at all. Spoke with Frank at the office today because they had not picked up this week and he basically said they had and I was wrong because their GPS said they were there for 1 minute. I explained it takes the driver longer than a minute to pick up the dumpster and dump the boxes because of how they are broken down and packed in tight. Basically called me a liar. Highly do not recommend Stranco and Frank.
Called to get price and availability for a roll off dumpster, the folks I spoke with were total jerks. I will not ever use or recommend them to anyone!
