Our fuel pump broke in our boat half way down the river. The person working the desk found the part for us an held it until we could get there to purchase it. Great customer service!
This must be the month for key fob battery’s dying. I had a great experience at your Solidad location, replacing my own key fob battery. I was then in Morgan Hill and my dad’s key fob battery died so I went into your store and was helped by Jared. He was great and provided excellent customer service. Thanks again O’Reilly.

My vehicle broke down on the highway yesterday evening coming back from Baton Rouge, and had to be pushed to the Morgan City, LA store. Emmanuel and Jaylon were on duty, and really out of their way to help me through a difficult and challenging situation as I waited for a mechanic to arrive. All of the parts I needed were in stock. Emmanuel and Jaylon were extremely professional and courteous, and I cannot thank them enough for their help. They are fine young men.
This is the worst place my husband went try and bring the alternator for the car back and they refuse to help. Also kept telling us our battery was a good battery and the whole time the battery was bad had to get a opinion from auto zone they had to told us it was bad but wanted another opinion from O'Reily and they kept saying good battery . Went back now they finally tell us after our car has been down 4 months the battery is bad. They are very unprofessional . I would never go back to this store at all.
Bought a 3yr battery that needed replacement after 1 ur. The guys were graciously kind enough to assist with it and change the battery out. I even got change back. Fast and friendly... Thanks
Some new people seem uneducated but that evens out after they get the hangs of things! Always willing to help me out and affordable parts with warranty!
Everytime ive been there the workers are rude and refuse to help. Went yesterday and sure enough. Rude and not helpful at all. When i walked in all 3 of them were just standing there talking and ignored me at the desk. When i asked questions about my car problems they just shrugged it off and didnt care to help. Worthless. Ill never go back
Just would like to THANK SIERRA KYLE AND DEBORAH for their help and hospitality. I am from Humble Tx and broke down in Morgan City with my family and believe it or not they had a coolant resorvoir and supply hose to block on an 03 F-350 w/ 6.0 they loaned me the tools and 4 hrs later we were back on our week end get away. Continued our little outing in beautiful Louisiana. THANKS AGAIN/ GREAT INVENTORY BUT THE GREAT EMPLOYEES MADE THE DIFFERENCE ALL HAD A GREAT WORK ETHIC AND DID NOT ACT LIKE I WAS A BOTHER TO THEM LIKE OTHER AUTO SUPPLIES THANKS AGAIN AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS AS HE HAS ME AND MINE.
