First off, if it says you open at 8am. Please make sure the gate is open at that time. Not at 8:25am. Few people were waiting ahead of me, had to wait on the side of the a busy road as people were flying by. Finally pulled in, got on the scale. Told the lady I had a bunch of different metals. Everything was separated for the most part, pulled into the warehouse to start. You could definitely tell by the look on the guys face he was annoyed. He takes off the small items, everything could have been off loaded into the bins. I had it all in containers and separated for the most part. But instead he tells me to get back on the scale and go see the guy in the yard, so I do that. Meet the guy in the yard, older guy ( very helpful) he started off saying why they didn’t take this off in the warehouse. I look at him and Said the same thing. The older guy was pissed that the guys in the warehouse made me drive out there. But the guy helped me out. Had to get back on the scale a few different times, big cluster! Very frustrating to say the least. I had different kinds of metals. To top it off, two big 18 wheelers pull in to get loaded up. So every one had to keep backing up, the only guy that was helping the customers was the older guy in the yard. Everyone else coulda care less, I wish I caught his name, yall need more people like him! While waiting to get off loaded again, I seen this trailer pull into the warehouse full of different metals as well like mine . The guy offloaded him in the warehouse and brung it out in the bins, why not make him drive around like he did me ? Over 2 hours just to get off loaded and the guy in the warehouse takes this other trailer full of materials and puts into the bins… so I don’t understand why the guy in the warehouse made me drive around like crazy and constantly having to back up due to the trucks being loaded up. I also helped unloaded the materials that need to be off loaded by hand making it quicker. The guys in the warehouse needs some adjustment…… especially the guy with the curls. He definitely doesn’t wanna be there. Please fix the problem. Bc all this could have been avoided. The reason I’m giving 3 stars, if it wasn’t for the older guy helping me in the yard and the only guy in the yard at that This place would had gotten one star. Please address the problem in the warehouse personal. And have more signage for people where they know to go! Thank you ?
