Always end up giving me the wrong part

Staff is not well trained or knowledgeable about vehicles. I purchased a part and had to exchange it 4 times that day before I received the correct part. None of the staff seemed willing to help or even care. Gas is too expensive and my time is too valuable to waste on people that don't even try to learn anything about their own job.

Great store now that they have a knowledgeable staff that knows how to order your parts and not leave you 3-4 days expecting a call that your part is in. The staff makes the store. The staff that they have now is very knowledgeable well rounded, and no pressure. Always a great experience now.

Good service and always find away to get me what I need

Very helpful staff, I was broke down in the parking lot. The they did not have the parts I needed in stock but called another store and had them delivered immediately. Customer service ?

The manager is very knowledgeable about all things vehicle. I go to the pinhook store if I can for him, he will guide you right.

Its a good plaxe for parts on a budget but you have to make sure you know exactly whatpart you need and how the part looks because they never know what they sre talking about. They never have enough people working so be prepared to wait a few minutes.
