It was the day after Christmas & I was STRANDED! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he went above and beyond for me. I will forever be grateful to him!

Never go with this guy he doesn’t let you take your tool box off your wrecked truck. He says “nothing bolted you can take” but it’s my tool box! But god don’t sleep brother. Enjoy that tool box I paid hard earned money for!!
I have called the rude front desk for a week straight asking if they were going to get inspection stickers in. Every single day she said they'd "be in tomorrow" or "they're going pick them up now" and they never got them. Still to this day they don't have any. JUST SAY YOU'RE NOT GETTING THEM IN. Will never be going to them EVER
The lady my daughter spoke with was very nice & helpful, even took time out to make some phone calls in helping locate her police report & took time out to call my daughter back with the correct information!
Vehicle was towed away by them, then taken by the repossession company 22 days later, whom took pictures of the inside of the vehicle before towing it from their tow yard and I was missing my work tools two drills and 3 battery chargers amounting to $400 brand new equipment, the empty box was left in the back though how nice. I called up there and the lady was really rude to me asking if I’m saying that someone over there stole out of the vehicle but that’s not why I was asking her I asked her so that their insurance can take care of it I’m not paying for more tools that they either stole or misplaced
My fuel pump went out on me as I was traveling on I-49 on a Friday. Steve with Affordable Auto Care Towing came to my rescue after numerous calls to other towing companies. He towed my vehicle to a safe location, checked it out, determined that the fuel pump had gone out. He told me that he could fix it, but it would be on Monday, being that this happened on Friday afternoon. I had him fix it I picked it up on Wednesday and made it back home. I was impressed with the service, how honest he was and the reasonable amount that he charged to get it fixed and get me back on the road. Granted I live over 4 hours away. If I am ever in that area again and have trouble I will be calling Affordable Auto Care & Towing.
Unprofessional, unreasonabe. Very stoic and not willing to be helpful to a 65 year old man on full disability who lost his only mode of transportation due to a mistake . I do not recommend using these people in any way whatsoever. Very rude on the phone. He told me to " get a better attitude when I call him back" and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. After I begged him to allow me to get some equipment off the car that would help me recoup some of my considerable loss. He should be ashamed of his actions. I was forced to sign over the title to my car in order to get my belongings, which included all of my hand tools.
So I lose my car, he gets a free car because I could not afford (on my SSA fixed-income) to pay the outrageous rates that he charges for his service.
I brought my vehicle there,very polite&generous people,great prices,job done and suv running again,not from sunset area but defiantly recommend them if you need good work,thanks
