On the way back home to TX, our car was beginning to overheat. The guys at Goody's looked at the problem and got us going again. Didn't charge us for their time or the coolant they used to help us out.

I was driving by for work and needed brake repairs done, so I stopped in—and I’m glad I did. They were able to squeeze me in right away. The staff was very friendly, professional, and most importantly, honest. Instead of trying to upsell me like a lot of shops do, they clearly explained my options and let me decide what worked best. They even showed me the faulty part so I could see exactly what was wrong.
Overall, 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this shop.
Nothing but good things to say. Brought my truck in to see about my ac before I leave for a long trip. Took a bit but they had to go get the part I needed. Very satisfied. Friendly staff.
About a month ago I was traveling from Bossier City to Baton Rouge when my air condition went out. I googled search the nearest mechanic and Goody's Garage popped up. Initially in the back of my mind I thought I was going to get ripped off being from out town. I was totally wrong. These guys were fantastic! I was 100% satisfied with there service and price. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Thank you for looking out for me.
Goody’s Garage helped me with a transmission replacement and front end work on my Saturn View. The entire staff were very professional and did a great job on my SUV. I would highly recommend this company for any type of vehicle engine or transmission issues. Their professional services from start to finish were second to none ??
I highly recommend this shop for all your repairs! Had to deliver a load in Krotz Springs Louisiana... starting hearing a noise in my driver side front tire... called Goody's Garage to see about getting it checked out. Was told they are not open for business but come on in anyways and we'll take a look at it for you. Thankfully it wasn't anything major. Plastic piece of wheel cap broke off and was making noise. Did mention i need to soon replace my ball joints... but i would be ok to make it home safe... and now i get to drive home back to Houston TX with a peace of mind because they took 2 minutes to lift up the truck and check it out. I will forever be grateful with Goody's Garage for doing this... thanks guys!!!
Great small business! Check engine light came on while traveling, they were quick and honest. Part was ordered and installed in less than an hour. They test drove it to make sure there were no issues with fluctuation. Fair price. Went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Checked the codes multiple times to make sure everything was resolved. This is a shop you can trust and won't see women and take advantage of them. They didn't talk down to us or try and mansplain anything. 10/10
If I could leave 0 stars I would , this place is nothing but trash and ran down. The workers are rude and disrespectful. You have to buy everything at their shop or they won’t do anything. Prices are over priced for trash service and product. NEVER go here . Save your time and money !!!!
When me and my mom were on a road trip our car broke down. We stopped here and with no time wasted they started working on our car and were so incredibly sweet and even stayed after closing on a Friday to help us out. They even called to check up on us and showed concern about our safety. I’m very appreciative of these guys and would highly recommend! The pricing was very nice too.
We broke down at 4pm on Veterns day on a trip from Texas to Florida. These guys took us right in and spent 2 hours trying to fix our car. So very grateful for them! They even called to check on us after we left to make sure we were ok. Incredibly nice and professional!!! Thank you guys!!!!
I am really impressed with this place I brought two cars here and in matter of 2 days they had both ready they are little more expensive than most places but what can I say you get what you pay for I was at a lost when my car broke down a hour away now I would drive the hour to bring any of my problems to them
These guys are nothing but part changers not mechanics. You go with a problem and you will have to go back because they have to change another part. My husband brought his a arms to them and they lost them or threw them away.. they wouldn’t do anything to make it good either staying that he shouldn’t have left them their so long because he was out of town doing a job. We will not be doing any more business there. Take the time and drive to target tire! They are honest and know what they are doing and make their customers happy…
Truly amazing people! We broke down mid-road trip, they fit us into their busy schedule, set us up with a local place to wait and potentially stay if they couldn’t fix it, and then came to pick us up after they made the fix. Would recommend to anyone local or passing through ????
The overall experience was great ,the employees are very knowledgeable curtious and very welcoming .They are very busy . I think the primary owner needs some time off to spend with his family
I went to the shop for help with my car ventilation system. I told them, repeatedly, that I was having trouble with my vent blowing only cold air and not hating up when I turned on the heater. They insisted on doing a diagnostic check on my ac system for freon leaks. They recharged my freon and told me the issue was fixed. Clearly it was not but they still charged my $100 for the service, even though I told them it was a heater issue and not an AC issue. Do not bring your car here for ac work as they just want to scan you out of $100

Great people, fast workers, and all around nice guys. I was traveling through and had to stop to get a wheel bearing changed and they accepted me in and got me back on the road in little to no time.
Goody hooked me and my family up big time! Got us rollin again on a Friday evening after hours. I wish I had a local shop in Big D like this. Good guy and a great crew. I owe y'all one!
Great team. Know what they are doing. I thought I needed a new transmission for my Triton V-10 motorhome. Nope! It was a collapsed air filter.
Just let them do their job. I told them to change tranny fluid and filter first. Oh thell do what ya tell them. This did not fix my problem. They found the air filter when I left them alone to do their job.
