All I can say is Customer Service is TOP TIER. My mom spoke to Joey and he really took his time with her and when we arrived at Pauline location and Tony was amazingly helpful. I would truly recommend if you need a tow and I don’t live in the area but it was a comfortable experience under the circumstances.
On 12/7/23, my car was totaled and Paulina Towing & Recovery came to the rescue. When this happens, you are 'in crisis' and having both a gentleman that towed the car AND the lady at the tow yard when I went to clean out my car were stellar! If you are in need of towing in the LaPlace/Paulina area, I highly recommend this company as they did me right! Thank you!!
