I would like to take the time to encourage anyone that is an owner operator does not have a warranty and even with a warranty be careful going to this place. I’ve compared services and parts between this place and another dealership in Alabama and found that Old River is charging 36% more than any other dealership in the gulf south. I’ve filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office against this company owners be aware.
James was awesome!! The service was fast, He was very knowledgeable and he explained the troubles with my truck. As an added bonus he was very friendly with my Fur Baby! This is hands down one of the best Truck services that I've had in my years of being a professional Driver! The Staff was very friendly and the driver lounge is awesome!! They have a shower and kitchen!!
I had a very disappointing experience with [Company Name]. I purchased a battery from them, which turned out to have the wrong amperage and didn’t work properly. To make matters worse, even though the battery is still under warranty, they refused to replace it.
The customer service was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, they wasted my time and left me with a faulty product. I expected better from a company that claims to provide quality products and service.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and buy your parts from a more reliable and professional supplier.
I've been dealing with Old River for going on 10 years now. I work with almost 80 dealers across North America, and Chuck (the GM) runs a solid facility and operation. He does what he says and stands behind everything they do. Highly recommend.
The semi had an air issue. The process moved at a reasonable pace. We expected part that would need replacing. I'm happy to hear it had only come unplugged and the truck needed some updates. Price was comparable to most places, no surprises.
Also, I gained information I would have never known about. Thank you for being the light.

I give them a star because to write I have to do it, my company called to buy a piece that cost $ 21.78 and taking advantage of the situation the price rose to $ 260, unfortunately we are between a rock and a hard place but I'm going to dedicate myself to find information to report scam
If I can rate lower than a 1 I would . We dropped off our truck before Thanksgiving. Here it is December and we still have not got it back. First they said the parts were ordered and they did not know where they were. Then finally they said some of the parts were in but the other parts were not in yet. When other parts came in they had ordered the wrongs parts. You would think an shop would know what parts to order. We brought in warranty paperwork to complete for a warranty company and they did a used truck inspection instead and still did not fill our paperwork correctly. They charged for every little thing and 1/2 of it didn't need to be done. Just had fuel filter replaced last month and they replaced fuel filter again. Oil change was done 2 months earlier and they did another oil change. The cost almost $1500 for nothing we needed done. We still had to pay a restock fee for a part that didn't come in. We were not going to wait another week for the part so we had to pay restock for something we never got.
Extremely nice people very professional. I was in and out very quickly, great job! Steven and Monica were very helpful at the service desk they understood my conundrum....lol...and they got it figured out!...I would highly recommend Old River for any of your service needs!
Stopped in with 3 to 4 hrs to spare with my new Volvo 2020 with less than 900 miles. My cabinets weren't closing or opening correctly and the charging unit at the sleeperberth had no power. Small things wrong but they had no time to see me. I even showed up 30 min after they opened. It's not like I had a transmission or engine problem. They probably only had to adjust my cabinets and check my fuse.
Took to long to perform work on truck. Sales does not return phone calls, I have been waiting over 10 days fora return call from Aki in sales. I asked his supervisor CHUCK to get him to call me and still nothing. Now I am going to have to get ahold of the owner to see why the customer service is so bad at Old River St Rose la.
