Today I went to this place, and I have never been in a place where they have people with such a poor vision of customer service. There were two people, a black woman and an overbearing white man. The woman didn't help me but she wasn't grouchy either. The white man was the most unpleasant person I have ever encountered. He would not give me an estimate because he said he was not going to waste paper on something he was sure I was not going to buy. The price was only $850. Why wouldn't I buy something like that? We have a paint shop and we are always buying parts. I wanted this place because of the proximity to my shop, but I no longer want to deal with frustrated people who can't have any warmth when selling in a business that is not theirs. I walked out of this place feeling sick. I advise you to stay away from this place, they are terrible.
I bought a bumper that was 297 to come unfolded and they sent me the bumper folded 4 times so I paid an extra 100 to get something I didn’t want . None of one answers the phone and I have been calling
The female that answer the phone said that you had the parts that I needed,I call back a few minutes and the man that answered the phone said that you did not have the parts that I needed.
High recommend not going to this business ever again. I purchased a Hood for the first time at this business. Hood was damaged beyond repair and company offered %10 money back. Very poor employee training and zero consideration for people just wanting good parts for money that they work hard for. Stay away from this business please...... There's many more businesses out there that will treat you as a customer better.....
Aftermarket parts you need. Went for fender for my truck they only had damaged fenders offered 10% discount and they were dented and scratched. Would of thought a bigger discount would of been offered instead was pretty much forced to get the more expensive bumper.
I purchased a driver side turn signal assembly which cost around sixty two dollars with tax for a 2000 Nissan Frontier. I called them to request a refund and the lady said all I needed was the part and the receipt. I did not keep the box it came in for whatever reason and when I went to return the part, they refused to give me a refund because I didn't have the box. I don't recommend doing business with this place, do yourself a favor and just order the parts online! You not only will get a much better price, but you won't have to deal with all the hassle! Lesson learned!
Drove almost 2hrs in the rain to buy a bumper cover that i confirmed they had in stock and put on hold with bonnie
When i arrived they tell me they don't have the part and there's nothing they can do for me sorry have a nice day

This is the best place to go for your vehicle needs. And they have very good prices for the parts you need. Either you are replacing parts yourself or body shop replacing your parts every one pay the same prices. So no special discounts. Everyone are giving the same prices
Not like it used to be... only had a few of the parts I needed and cost more than ordering off of Mitsubishi's website then they don't take American Express, they take Visa MasterCard discover credit card debit card checks and cash but no American Express
Called a head of time to hold a part for me. They tell me they have it, then I finally get there to be told they don't have it, and was told to come back next week.
Waited over 40 minutes with an older lady who was calling out orders and ringing out people. A dozen people came and went after me as I was there. She knew I was there and I continued to be ignored as for most of the time it was just me in the room. She then left on break or something and I guy asked if I needed help and I explained my story. He got right on it. Waited and was neglected entirely too long for about a 5 minute process.
The people there are so friendly kind and professional. They get you in and out quickly. And thank you to the young man who was working the counter to take the time and check my hood for me to make sure it wasn't dented
Very bad customer service. I called for a body part I needed, and they told me they got it. I traveled 2 hrs to pick it up, and they got the wrong part. I never will come back.
