Mr Vincent, who answered the phone, seemed somewhat brusque at first, but once I talk to him some more, and went out to his yard, he was super helpful and accommodating, and I couldn't be more pleased with the consideration he showed me in helping me sort out the issues both with my vehicle and with giving me advice about how to navigate the legal system in Saint Bernard as relates to traffic law and violations. Really considerate and helpful guy and I'm so glad he was willing to take the time to advise me, his advice has been invaluable in navigating a kind of confusing process
The owner is rude. So unprofessional! Had a terrible attitude on the phone. In Person no better. I could tell I was speaking to a knuckle dragger over the phone so when I met him it was no surprise . Would not recommend. Poor service , rude staff.
The guy over the phone was extremely rude even though I was respectful the whole time. When I got my car back I found a scratch on the side. I asked what happened but the guy pretended he couldn't hear me. ??
Best Tow Company around! They offer quality service whenever you need them, night or day, they're on top their game. They make you feel like family and assist you in the best way possible. When you need a tow, I would definitely recommend calling them.
