Bought a 2020 mustang from auto tech, they said the tires were good and the air works, it did not. They said nothing was wrong with car and it was it cost 997 dollars to get it out the shop. They sold it with no inspection sticker and the car could not even pass inspection to get a sticker. I had to buy new tires and pull the tint off my windows. After we bought the car we had to spend thousands just to get it on the road. When we called about the problems the owner would not even return the call. Wow! Is all I can say about this place . Will not being doing any business with them , ever
I have a 2005 chevy 1500 hd that we drop off. To have e a sensor replace and replacemy steering bearing. The service was great from the service writer to clerk at the window. Will be back if I ever need my vehicle work on
I came all the way from Baton Rouge to Auto Tech, and purchased a truck. The owner and staff were helpful to me, and my family I appreciate their hospitality.
My vehicle recently broke down and I called Auto Tech and they had their wrecker driver to me in 15 minutes, he towed my vehicle to their shop and the service manger had one of his mechanics take a look and was able to diagnose my issue in less than an hour. I then spent an hour on the phone with my extended warranty company and thanks to the owner and the helpful ladies up front, they were able to get my repairs approved and completed before the end of the day and my only out of pocket expense was my deductible. If you're needing repairs or maintenance on your vehicle Auto Tech is the place I would recommend bringing it to. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make your time there pleasant.
I brought my car into Auto Tech, service manager was amazing he walked me through every step of the way on what they was doing to my vehicle, everyone in the office was very helpful-I didn't have all the funds to fix my vehicle so they told me about the finance options they had, it was very easy to be approved. If you need your vehicle repaired I highly suggest bringing it to Auto Tech.
