THIS COMPANY IS BOLDLY RACIST!!! To explain briefly what I just went through 4/22, went there for something very minor to have my belts changed paid close to 300$ just to take my car to have a oil changed today (Vaughn) 4/23 & they tell me the belt was damaged. Right away I then reached out to (Auto Tech) to explain to the them the situation. The owner immediately had an attitude and would not let me get a word in and started to look for other people to blame, then hung up in my face. I called back just for her to hang up yet again. Sadly no resolution was offered. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NO MATTER THE ISSUE, SAVE YOUR MONEY CS YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I AM NOW!!
If I could give this place negative stars I would. My dad took my car here because it’s close to the house and we didn’t want it towed to a further shop. He drove my car here for a diagnostics and left it there and explained clearly not to fix anything without speaking to him. After not hearing back for 24 hours he went back to see what the status was. They said they hadn’t figured it out so he asked for the keys back. They directed him to another lady to receive the keys and she asked him to wait and proceeded to have what seemed like a personal conversation on the phone while two other workers sat there doing nothing. After 10 minutes he requested the keys again because he felt like they were holding them hostage. The lady said they couldn’t give him the keys because the mechanic may had started working on it and they would have been liable if he took something apart and it wasn’t put back right. He asked why would they start working without his permission. He asked for the keys again and stated he would do business elsewhere. At this point the employees went to the back to talk amongst themselves. When they came back they told him it would be $95 for the diagnostic, despite them never disclosing to him that there was a fee for a diagnostic. We believe they charged him only after they realized he didn’t want to do business with them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
Rip off…. took my car to get ac fixed. My car stayed there 3 days. Called checking several times they assured me my car ac was ready. I picked my car up and traveled 3 miles home ac stopped blowing cold. I took it right back and they claimed it was something else with the ac that needed to be done 378$ later. I bought my car in to be fixed. My car is the same as when I brought it. Now they claiming the part I need is 38$ and a total of 325$ more to fix it. Basically took my $ no Ac still.

I highly recommend this place for all your automobille mechanic and body work needs. They replaced a motor in my 2011 Mazda 3 this year. I've had it back since April and have had no problems with it since.
Update...STILL very pleased with the service that I receive from Auto tech. The motor replaced by them is still performing well. Just had the oil changed in it, after waiting too long to do so. I'm very pleased.
5-6-2024 Update: Well they have made me very happy again. This crew is very good at what they do. A big high five to all of you at Auto Tech. My car is running like it should again. A Very Happy customer
Please stay far away from this place ! By far the worse .I Brought my car there in Feb had it towed there for suspected transmission problems & many of you might say why there out of all places . We’ll because it was listed as a certified transmission shop through my warranty people .They had my car for two weeks after a week of sitting they called me back saying it was my transmission netural switch with costed me almost 1,000 in total for the labor and part . Not to mention I was charged 300$ just for a diagnosis . Well I arrived at auto tech to pick up my car as soon as I put the car in reverse to leave I notice it still does the same thing it had done before sending it there , so I go back in and tell them they suggested I leave the car there for “a better mechanic “ as Bianca says to look at it . So I left it there and went back to get it they insured me and my warranty people that everything was good I didn’t have any transmission issues they checked my fluids and it was no concern of a bad transmission now keep in mind this is a recorded conversation between Bianca & the warranty company. After leaving in the car for the second time I was still having the same issues i contacted the warranty people and told them my concern they insured that I bring the car back to them until they fixed the problem or find out what the problem was. Bianca insured me that a transmission would take 14 hours or labor to have one replaced but insured me that I still did not need one . So after two months of still having the car with the same problem I told my warranty people I could no longer deal with the car that had been doing the same thing since I supposedly had it repaired . Well I went into the dealership today for them to take a look , after 8 hours of being there they tell me my transmission is “ shot “ and had been bad for a while now . That I had internal damage etc & also the fluid was low and this was something that had been accrued . So I contacted Bianca back today to tell her she 1st then told me she would call me back in 5 mins . Two hours had passed she never called me so I called back and asked to speak to someone else . The person that answered the phone asked me did I wanna speak with the owner Steve I said yeah , after being on hold 20 mins Bianca picks up the phone and tell me her & Steve was in the office together and that what took so long . So I finally speak with her to tell her what was going on and that I wanted to speak with Steve because I felt like someone didn’t do a good job inspection my vehicle she tells me “No I can’t speak with him “ and that he’s gone which was a lie . I say all this to say DO NOT bring your car there and something will most definitely be done about this . The warranty company will be seeking for further investigation
My vehicle has been there since March 7th and today is April 8th and they’re still working on it . I haven’t received any notification of the progress being made and what’s being fixed or replaced. Every time I call the mechanic that’s working on my vehicle is either sick or didn’t show up.

NOT happy!… I purchased a used vehicle from Auto Tech, and thought it was a pretty good deal at first… About an hour after leaving with the vehicle the weather warmed up, and I realized the AC wasn’t blowing cold so I IMMEDIATELY took it back for them to check out… They put freon in and sent me on my way… but the AC STILL wasn’t blowing cold… After having a reputable mechanic check the vehicle out, it turned out that it needed a new AC compressor as well as a new tie rod & control arm, which also wasn’t evident until after leaving w/ the vehicle… Long story short, I brought it back for them to check out the following Friday and never received a call back… Checked back in w/ them the following Wed and was quoted over $1600 to repair these issues on the vehicle I had JUST purchased from them… I DO understand that you’re always taking somewhat of a chance by purchasing a used vehicle and I probably wouldn’t have expected much if it was several months after the purchase , but I unknowingly drove this vehicle off the lot in need of all these repairs and notified them immediately, but was ultimately told “too bad”… I guess I just have too much faith that people will do the right thing… NEVER again, Auto Tech :-(
This business worked on a truck we had. First, they double-charged us on items and we had to challenge the bill. We were still charged way too much for the quality of work we received. We paid $4600 to have a water problem fixed. After taking the truck BACK FOUR TIMES to correct the issue. IT WAS NEVER FIXED. It was in worse condition than before we took it there. All I can say is, beware! If I could give zero stars I would.
Absolutely a disgrace for mechanic shop they are a rip-off scam artist people. The management absolutely sucks not very polite and not very helpful all they want to do is rip people off do not recommend this place at all
Went in to have one of my spark plugs changed and after 6+ hours of the working on one plug they managed to mess up my air conditioning and it took three other visits to a mechanic to fix the rattling on my engine. Now I have to trade my vehicle in!
The staff at Auto Tech are very friendly and professional. They diagnosed the AC for my vehicle and made the necessary repairs. AC is working like a charm. I highly recommend them.
Bianca was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit! The mechanic was great, explaining everything he did and why. I was very happy with the service I received !
After two unsuccessful rebuilds Mr Steve and Bianca made good on their promise and got my Cadillac running I know it's not an easy car to work on but we are extremely pleased with the professionalism and the service that we received from this company this is a great company to do business with thanks to you and the staff
When I got there it took them a minute to find my ticket, and they didn't let me know when the work was going to start they just called me and told me my car was ready. They did an overall great job dispite being short handed.
I swear this place is the best. Customer service was so welcoming and funny. We didn’t stop laughing Bianca and Santana and Brandon were the most friendliest people. Made what could have been a bad day the most enjoyable. I would recommend them and for ANY mechanical issues I will be going back!!!!!! Is was hesitant at first from some bad reviews but I trusted my gut and now I am so happy. It’s definitely a family environment here and I will be recommending this amazing place to anyone who would need and mechanical work of all sorts!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place…..

Worst mechanics ever, con artist , went in with check engine light on. Conned me into buying new motor, same issue , after 3 months they still couldn't figure out problem. In process , broke coolant fan and lied and said it was bad before, broke motor mount, stated it in initial estimate, but never replaced. Put new motor in with broke motor mount, every other week they were breaking something else and charging me for it ,I finally had to go get my car to keep them from breaking more parts , broke fan cost me $500, new engine $10,000 and car still don't run right, DO NOT USE!! This company, they will scam you until your broke , spread the word, I have spoke with several other people they did this same thing to , the mechanics can barely change oil , but it start with Steve , con artist now I have to take car to dealership to have fix thanks auto tech for conning me out of $10,500 ,, don't understand why government won't do something to shut this business down and fine Steve for being so crooked.he is definitely a crook and the lil mixed girl Bianca, lies about everything, even the workers there say it
Just went to pick up sister-in-law's car that had been stolen but they were nice enough to let her keep it there for an extra couple of days since the catalytic converter had been stolen from it. They must be really great folks!
I bought a 98 pathfinder to auto tech. Talked to Melissa I think in service. Gave me a price and appt. Right then and there. I had my own parts she didn't mind. This was so refreshing. At no time was I pressured to buy there parts. I am so satisfied with every aspect of my visit
They were friendly and professional. They called to keep me updated on the work being done and, what they found that needed fixed right away, and what could wait. They are also very competitively priced. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there for all my repairs. Thank you Auto Tech!!!
Will not honor return policy. Had so many days to return and would not take return. I guess he knows nothing about trying to put parts on. Said seal was.broken. you have to remove the seal they put on to start putting parts on. So now out $650. Maybe it was the fact that it was so much money or that I am a female. So ladies stay clear of this place. My husband will not buy anything from there again.
Never Again!!! My experience was horrible, if I could give negatives I would. I’m deployed at the moment and my car was towed from my house back to the shop without my knowledge or authorization. Instead of verifying that the owner of the vehicle was present by checking/running the vin/license plate number or the tittle with the persons ID they just took it to the shop. My little sister called and had to explain that I was deployed and didn’t give authorization for my my car to be taken. After that they finally ran the information and found out. Even though they knew I didn’t authorize it they still refused to give the car back unless it was paid for. They even threatened to keep it if not paid. I had to send my sister pictures of my military ID to prove my identity. My mom asked them for the price and was told $300. Once it was verified that I was in the military the price went up twice. I have insurance and my mom told them my insurance covered towing so they didn’t need to drop it off. My mom got a new starter put in my car and it was starting before it went to the shop but doesn’t start now. My mom told them that I wanted a receipt and she was told they don’t do paper receipts just pictures. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone to this shop. Thank you to the gentlemen that tried to help my mom out, I appreciate it. I will defiantly visit them and handle the situation when Im done with this deployment.
My truck got impounded and got it out of towed the next day. The services was fast but the price was robbery! Then we was informed beside being charged 234.00 we was also charged for their gas they used to towed my truck! Final bill was 261.00 and my truck was just there over night!
My family and I were trying to head out of town on Good Friday when the starter on our car went out. We want the car to be towed to our house about a mile away. The driver could have a quick pick up and deliver. Instead he helped us get the car stated so we could get it home to work on it. Then said, "Happy Easter!!!" Thank you, God Bless
When my truck broke down and couldn't start, I couldn't find anyone that could fix my truck. I was referred to Auto-Tech through my in-laws. Auto Tech not only found my truck an engine that was needed they came and provided free towing to get my truck to the shop.
The professional at Auto tech kept me informed on the repairs and what was needed to make my truck fully functional. They did all the needed repairs in a timely manner ahead of schedule.
Everyone at Auto Tech are true professionals and they really do care about customer satisfaction. I am overly impressed and thankful for the great job they done. I would recommend them anytime.
