They don't care about anyone but lining their pockets. My husband got in a wreck as I'm sitting at the hospital with my son for his surgery. They won't let him get his toolbox off staying it's a part of the truck and lied to the officer and said it was attached. It's Christmas and that was our only vehicle with 4 children. They wanted over $300 to get it out. We lost our tires that are barely a year old too.
I was stranded 70 miles south of Pineville, called them first, others after that, called them back because everyone down there were either closed or wanted a small fortune, they came and got me; very professional, safe and efficient and took care of my car at a very reasonable price for their services; I thank you Bordelon's.
They were very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They pulled up to the site and left before I was even able to arrive. Refused service because there was no tired and then when I had a fix for that problem they refused service because there was blood on the car door. No other towing service has those types of policies because they wear gloves and peoples cars get towed for all sorts of reasons in all sorts of conditions. Terrible terrible! They should be closed down.
I would leave NEGATIVE stars if I could simply for this businesses unprofessionalism, poor communication, and I, as a female, would replace my entire engine on the side of the road alone by watching YouTube videos before using Mr. Richard Bordelon’s towing company.
Side note: his grammar and spelling are atrocious, but that has nothing to do with the more atrocious service…just a little extra oomph for how disappointed and shocked I am. Not sure how he’s still in business. Must be the only company in that town. Call an Uber and find another tow company is my advice. He’s pricey too for being such a rude and unprofessional business owner.
DO NOT USE THIS WRECKER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY IF IT'S A FRIDAY!! They are closed on saturday and sunday and UNLIKE OTHER WRECKER SERVICES, they WILL NOT COME MEET YOU to let you get your vehicle out on the weekend, they will "CLAIM" the ONLY PERSON that has a key is out of tiwn, YET THEY CAN UNLOCK THE YARD TO PUT VEHICLES IN THAT ARE TOWED ON THE WEEKEND!! THEN they add ALL KINDS OF CHARGES THAT MAKE NO SENSE EITHER, AND CHARGE YOU $50 MORE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE OUT THE YARD AND PUT IT OUTSIDE THEIRR GATE ON THE STREET, If its not capable of driving out on its own!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! MINUS 5 STARS IF I COULD In response to the owners response,,,, we were told it would be $300 if we picked it up friday,,,, definitely NOT $52 OR I PROMISE YOU, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE FIRST THING FRIDAY MORNING!!!

I can’t say enough great things about her!! This business is #1 for most towing jobs in the CENLA/Rapides Parish area with respect to price, value, and professionalism (I've had A LOT of tow jobs across Louisiana.) Bordelon's will ALWAYS be the first people I call. Today, I simply called, received a very reasonable/fair quote ($75 for a tow less than 10 miles), was told to meet the driver in 45 minutes at the vehicle, and all went perfectly despite the sleet and mud: She was a pro who thought ahead and had my vehicle on her flatbed in less than 15 minutes despite the challenges. She was very friendly, helpful, quick, and from the time I had called until the vehicle was on her truck was less than 90 minutes for a very competitive price. The price was outstanding (repeat business), quality of work and pace was on point, and the friendly driver made everything the most pleasant towing experience yet (after towing dozens of vehicles in the past). There were perhaps opportunities to gouge me which other wreckers may have exploited, but instead, she was honest and helped me achieve the best outcome. I wish I had thought to ask for the name of the wonderful professional who helped today: She was a young blonde woman who has me on the Bordelon's train anytime I get into a bind in the future. Calling to ask about a tow to tow a vehicle from off of my landlord's property and I was told that the police had to be called before they could come out and remove the vehicle which means indicated a police report would have to be filed in order for the vehicle to not remain on promises. So therefore there was no towing the vehicle was not removed.
Just wanted to thank Tim for his ability to deliver my truck to my residence in a timely manner and unload it exactly where I asked it to be. The reason I make a point of this is because of the inability of another local towing service to pick up my truck from this exact spot. Tim did a great job! Thanks
Awesome service and very friendly! Reasonably priced. Instead of towing my vehicle and charging me full price, he jumped my vehicle, followed me to the shop and brought me back to my car and gave me a big discount. Because of his generosity I gave him a tip. Will be first company to call if I ever need towing service again. Highly recommend!
