Do not go here! They were trying to charge me $3400 for a new steering system on my 2008 Honda Civic! My battery was also corroded, and they didn’t mention any of this, also I had an oil leak that was also not informed to me. My car ended up breaking down on the road a WEEK after they had my vehicle

Paid $5,000 for service vehicle was not fixed charged for all the of services and didn’t complete any service I was charged for. My vehicle still not working. I wouldn’t refer anyone here. They need to be closed down discrimination

had truck for 16 days originally was supposed to be 3-5 before drop-off.After I dropped it off they told me it was going to be 3,400 sum dollars, which is a rip off.After drop off I got no calls back or updates unless I called.Upon Calling several times they would push the done date back again again because they were "behind".No progress was done to my truck. After I called the last time they kept putting me on hold because the technician was in the "bathroom" had no answers and they hung up after a while.I was going to tell them that I was going to pick up my truck but they were gonna call me back because they didn't even know if it could drive. Unbelievable If you don't need your truck for a month or want a expensive job go here.

Price Automotive provided a fast quote for repairs of my electric windows. They said they could be finished with the repair by the end of the business day. And they did just that. Friendly staff and top notch customer service. I would highly recommend.
I took my 98 Tahoe in for a starter.
After a diagnosis ($98) I was quoted $630 for a simple starter!...two bolts, two wires!
I went down the street and had it done for $180!
No wonder I was the only customer there!
I highly recommend! The gentlemen were so generous when I came in one afternoon needing my splash guard removed due to it falling loose and being damaged driving while an hour away from home with no car knowledge. They quickly and happily squeezed me in, answered my questions in detail with a smile, and sent me off with only a Happy Thanksgiving! I am super grateful for their service and will gladly use them again even being an hour away!
Very professional. I was called with a complete estimate and updated on arrival of parts and when the job was finished. My vehicle was returned and the area that was repaired was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend them.
Had the coolant fan replaced and received a new radiator. They had to order the part twice as the first was delivered damaged. They were polite and the repairs were done satisfactory. No complaints other than I wish the first part had come in undamaged as I would have had my car back sooner. But it worked out fine.
They were quick to work my vehicle in. Upon assessing it, they were not confident in the findings. So they kept investigating until they found the problem, and fixed it. I am satisfied with the service, mechanical work, price and their persistence to figure it out and fix it.

Terrible, Quoted almost 9,000 for the work to fix my car and went to another mechanic and got it done for 1,100. The receipt was inaccurate with what the manager was explaining the test they did on my car, he was saying they did one thing and a receipt said something completely different with no details. Since I pick my car up from the other mechanic I've been driving it everyday including out of town and no problem since.
We have always utilized price automotive services and were never disappointed until today. My wife scheduled an appointment to drop off her car to address some A/C issues she was having. We adjusted our work schedules to make it to the appointment and we were told that too many individuals made appointments for the same time. We were told we would have to leave our vehicle for 2-5 days We have never had this issue before but we were very disappointed in the way our appointment was handled. In the future We will be looking to other auto repair shops that know how to handle appointments for people with busy work schedules.
Scheduled an oil change for my sports car and was able to drop it off same day. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, easy, and fairly priced. I would definitely bring my vehicle here for more extensive service.

Pleased with their service and speed. They provide you with updates and work to get you back in your vehicle quickly. They are pretty pricey in my estimation but they deliver a great service. One suggestion I’d have would be to provide customers a ride home. I have had this courtesy at other mechanic shops and it was very nice.
I let them know I was stranded and from out-of-town, and needed to get back by a certain day. They made sure I got on the road in plenty of time. The communication was clear and constant, the rates were reasonable, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
Broke down late in the day. Being from out of town I wasn't sure who to contact. They gave me the number to a reputable towing company and took care of everything the next morning. Very happy with the service.
Have used Price off and on for several years and several vehicles. Maybe they are decent at the hard stuff, but they finally lost our business when they failed miserably at the easy stuff. Did not tighten the drain plug after an oil change, oil dripping in pools after only one day. Could have been catastrophic since the car was leaving off for college the next day. Lost a hubcap earlier in the year after a tire rotation. These are the things you expect from a quick place. The attitude towards the customer after these events was most troubling, even though they did eventually replace the hubcap.
Never again and I am making sure I tell any and all other people about this place. Quoted $2000 for repair to my AC and a window.....and they charged$99 for the quote. I have been driving around Louisiana with no AC because I thought I would be able to find it cheaper but still did not have the$$$ to do it and my car is 15 years old. Finally took it to an honest dad of a coworker and he fixed it with Freon and a resistor and labor for $106!!!!! So pissed at these people. You suck!!!
