Great service friendly couple came and got my keys out of my car while we wrangled our kids and our dog. Best service around for sure. Affordable too $45 for our service and I’m so thankful that they take payment from roadside assistance services.
I’m from Texas and I had an Issue with my tire where I needed a tow, AAA had a horrible time locating a tow company in that area. I finally called Louis towing of Natchitoches La and spoke with him directly. Lewis towing told me to reach out to my AAA dispatcher and have them call him and they would be glad to tow me because he tow for AAA all the time , so I reach out to AAA and the the Dispatches reached out to him to tow me and He told the AAA dispatchers team that he couldn’t tow me nor pick up my car I been sitting on side of the highway for 4 hours now way to go Lewis towing I will never use are recommend you towing services
Mr. Johnnie came out and was able to move my 40 foot high cube container the 25 or 30 feet forward that I needed.

Very unprofessional he hung up the phone in my face when I asked him to confirm if he was the owner JOHNNIE R. LEWIS. Also he sent a fraudulent letter stating that a vehicle that I myself witnessed and recorded being paid and getting out his tow yard on Monday 9/19/2022 w/receipts of the 500+ that was paid for the vehicle being at his tow yard since 9/12. The letter stated that the vehicle hasn’t been picked up as date of 9/29 and the bill was 700+. He’s to busy trying to commit malicious acts to keep his contract with the local police department and will lose credentials & business behind it with his fraudulent letters and acts of malicious intent. Now send another letter to my Family address and watch how fast your head spins when I send a lawsuit to your physical and business address.
A family member was stranded on the side of I 49 in Louisiana. I called Lewis towing and within approximately 10 to Maybe 15 minutes they were there told the vehicle to ayber county county in the Shreveport auto mall with great service and a smile to add to it I appreciate all that they did thank you guys and I will continue to use your service.
These folks are prompt, compassionate and extremely reasonable. Our trailer hitch broke and it flipper over in the ditch, theywere there fast, had it back on its wheels and loaded in no time and us safely off of the interstate. He gave us a list of places we could find whatever parts we needed and offered a couple of folks who could repair if we needed them.
You just don't run across service like this these days. The bill was more than fair for everything they did for us.
Got stuck in some mud with our 30 foot camper, called Lewis Towing and John was out super quick despite it being 8:30 pm! He popped the camper right out of the mud with ease and we were back on the road! Thanks so much for making my mistake just a funny story to laugh at not any major trouble!!=)

Lewis Towing really saved me today.
It was a torrential downpour in Louisiana & my Porsche got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon with everyone closed around me. They came to get me within an hour and was so helpful and sweet and calming.
My car needed to be towed about 170 miles to Baton Rouge. I had no way to get there with my friend and my service dog. He managed to find a very sweet couple to drive me and my friend and dog to a hotel in Baton Rouge.
These people were not only professional in every way possible but compassionate and warm and really sweet people. They flatbedded my car all the way to Baton Rouge in a driving torrential rainstorm & then called me to tell me all was good to put me at ease.
You could never ask for a better company & better service. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget your professionalism and helpfulness.

Absolutely grateful for Lewis Towing company! The man to call on a rainy day. They hauled my truck to the parts store with ease, and was very professional about he loaded and unloaded my vehicle. He also shows up on time! Thank you Again!
We are so thankful for Lewis’ Towing. They answered quickly and met us promptly. They were able to tow our vehicle out of a pretty bad situation ( deep / steep ditch ) in record time. I was 119 miles away from my destination & Needed my truck towed @ 4am .. Lewis was the 1st I called ( everyone else was closed) & he accommodated my needs with good care and respect.

Was in town for my daughters travel softball tournament at a hotel and locked my keys in my truck and it was a Sunday morning. When I first called they told me the lockout guy was not available today due to being out of town. After trying another lockout service that refused to help me I called them back and explained we were trying to get to my daughters tournament and how important it was. Mr Lewis himself came out and got my keys out. Normally a lock out on a weekend is very expensive. He only charged me $50 dollars and had me my keys out of my truck and in my hand within 45 minutes of me calling. At first I was upset because they are the only pop a lock service that comes up in the area. But when I called back and told them how badly I needed there help the owner of the company came out himself and did it when he didn’t have too. I am very appreciative for there service and care.
Transmission went out while on the way to New Orleans. Mr Lewis was very helpful and professional even while dealing with my sometimes abrasive daughter.
Truck broke down late night heading to Shreveport from Alexandria. Called Lewis Towing at 11pm, they came out and picked me up within 20 minutes. Good guy, fast service and reasonable price.
